I was so surprised at how good this dish was I thought I was eating something from a high end restaurant. The Balsamic Herb Crusted Chicken was delicious!!!! I walked in and ordered and it was ready in 15min minutes like the host said. The hostess staff was smiling and friendly as well.
Our server Fee (Felicia) was absolutely wonderful! Couldn't have asked for better service. The bananas foster French toast was really good as well~ 😌
The waitress was very friendly&nice to both my 1 year old&me!! Everyone kept talking to him since he's such a friendly little guy! Their food is always amazing & such kind service! Probably the only place that I've ever went to that EVERY SINGLE TIME I get thier food no matter time of day or date
30 minutes after we were sat, our order was taken. An hour and a half later still no food, larger parties sat way after us received food, asked to speak to manager was ignored, finally got our server, who was overwhelmed and doing her best, and asked for the check for our drinks. I've given this location multiple tries and am highly disappointed with everything. We will not be returning to this location. Drive to the Weirton location it is 100 times better.
We went on Sunday June 5th and there were 3 other families in the
Horrible place to eat at. They made my food wrong and not up to standard and then charged me $2.49 because I ate the fries. Had I know that they made the sandwich as bad as they did I would have left before eating my fries. Charlotte is very very demanding as a manager and is very disrespectful.
Decent food and a great salad bar. Good service. The sugar cookies are not the best.
The food was good but the service was not we ask for napkins and got 2 after waiting for awhile to get them I dont what the issue was because it was not busy however the food was excellent as I stated before but services could have been better
