Please fire all the staff and get new ones. Worse wendys in the tri state area. Always get cold old food. On top of that, you say you do not want something in specific on your sandwich and bam there it is. Cant even follow simple directions. Will never get my business again period.
This Wendy's location is hit or miss depending on the crew that is working. Some of them take pride in their work, others appear to not want to be bothered.

This place is always so busy (for a good reason) Always A line when I go by. The young man taking my order ( he said his name was Michael) was very nice and quite handsome at that! The fries were perfection. And my burger was heaven in my mouth. Great with some ketchup and mustard. Will be coming
