My husband and I dropped in for drinks and an appetizer. The owner/manager was extremely attentive and helped us find a great spot in the bar area. Service was outstanding and the mushrooms were fantastic. We will be back for dinner soon!

Very good restaurant. Nice point of view for Michigan Lake sunset. Food was good and i have really enjoyed some dishes with fish, appetizer and main course. If you want a good place to taste good seafood, it will be definitely one of the best choices around Benton Harbor.
Very pleasant staff. Good menu well-executed and served by nice waitstaff. Even the table busser did a nice job. Grand Mere is unpreposessing from the roadside, which makes the interior and its views a delightful surprise.
Our trips here are few and far between these days but every time we make the journey, usually for a special occasion, the service and food are stellar. This last trip was no exception. All of it was top notch.
