The food and service is always great here. My only gripe is the store area is very small and its hard to shop around a line of people waiting to get into the restaurant. They should look into a separate entrance for the restaurant side to give people more room to shop.

We came to cracker barrel to have some breakfast. Our waitress SHANDELL was amazing. Fat friendly service and the food was great. I will come back and recommendother friends and family.
Great food, atmosphere and servers. As always the store has so many unique and lovely things to purchase! Our family always has the best of times when we visit!!!
The service and food were both excellent. My wife has allergies that cause very bad reactions to certain foods. The waitress and manager, as well as the cook staff went out of their way to ensure her food was cooked without cross contamination. It’s rare that we find a restaurant willing to take care of their customers that well. The only thing that I wish is that Brad’s wife was still employed.
We had a new waitress but she was sweet and kind. She did an excellent job. The food was awesome and warm!
I have been here many times before. Where staff is extremely friendly, service can be up and down. Holiday weekend may have been a difference maker. Still, I enjoy the food and the occasional conversation from other tables.
Update: Although our last experience wasn't ideal, we have Cracker Barrel another chance. Today our experience was much better. The food was great. The customer service was excellence. All in all, we really do like Cracker Barrel!
We've eaten here a few times. Most of our experiences were great. Today, it was different. I don't know if the kitchen staff is new or understaffed or both, but our food was disappointing today. The ham was so over cooked, it was inedible. The side of cheese was left somewhere hot and when it was brought out, it was literally burnt and molded to the bowl. Our waiter seemed overwhelmed (once again new? or understaffed). Overall, today it came down to the quality of food and lack of service. Left a little disappointed. The store and its beautiful decor was definitely the highlight!
No doubt this place is popular! The foods are very satisfying and filling! We got the chicken fried chicken (with french fries and fried apple), roast beef (with bake mac), and loaded potato which is super recommended! The bread was free. 🥰

Cracker Barrel is always our favorite location to stop when coming over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. The food is always awesome. We love the atmosphere, especially eating by the fireplace. That is our favorite. They also have some of the coolest old fashion candy you can get.
By far this is one of our favorite Cracker Barrel restaurants. If your kid is a milk fan don’t forget to ask for your free candy straw! For kids, I usually always have to ask for plastic ware plus plastic spoons. Our toddlers love their corn and it’s impossible to eat with a fork. They’re food allergy friendly also. Our two year old has Celiac and hasn’t ever had a problem with their grilled chicken tenders and corn. They’re incredibly tasty!
I also enjoy their generous loyalty program and who doesn’t love browsing through their shop. If you’re trying to find a fun white elephant gift, you will find a treasure trove of stuff here. Their seasonal decorations are my real life inspo!
8 of us went there to eat. Seth waited on our group. He did a great job. Food came out in a timely manner. We really enjoyed our visit and plan on going back soon.
Ate at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store in Stevensville, Maryland yesterday. It was extremely busy & we missed our call to be seated but when we alerted the hostess she sat us immediately. As soon as we sat down our waitress was there to take our drink order. It took a little while to get our food but it’s the Cracker Barrel, it’s well worth the wait! We ordered the Country Fried Steak (with brown gravy instead of the white) & Meatloaf. Everything was delicious. I love that you can play a game of checkers before getting back on the road. We have never been to this Cracker Barrel and it was a pleasant surprise! Decorated with holiday gifts for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas that were incredibly affordable. My daughter got salt and pepper shakers for Thanksgiving. The food was good and the price was excellent. We had a party of 6 and it was only about 111.00+tip
As busy as it was , we were told by the very nice hostess, there was a 15min wait. 5min later we were called to be seated. The waitress (unfortunately cannot remember her name), she was young girl with blonde hair, she was very sweet and quick to serve us. Food came out in adequate time and it was delicious! Totally recommend the straw every cheesecake pancakes! My daughter loved the confetti mini pancakes, as they are made with Fruity Pebbles. Tater tots were so good!!! Last time we were at a Crackle Barrel in NC, food was awful and service was extremely slow. So, we were very impressed with this location in Stevensville, MD.
Meatloaf, carrots, hash brown casserole, hamburger steak were all great. Country fried pickles were a nice appetizer.
I love this restaurant and vintage shop! They have all time favorite and comfort food like fresh soup, chicken in the basket, mash potatoes, calamari and steak as well as sandwiches. My kids love the biscuits so much.
Usually after ordering the food I take the liberty to browse the shop and buy some vintage-inspired items.
Too bad it’s only available near the highway so we usually visit this place when we go out of town.
Terrific food as always and served quickly. Service is very good. We usually make this our stop on our return home from visiting family. Clean and friendly atmosphere.
The food was very good and the experience was was also very good with one exception. As usual, beverages were served first. While we were waiting for our order we both finished our drinks. We waited so long in fact that I got up to chase down a server to ask if we could get refills. I was disappointed I had to do that as at least a dozen servers passed our table where the empty glasses were very apparent.
