Stopped by on my way back from Chicago. Super fast and the best hush puppies I’ve had in ages. This will be my new stop off 94 on my way to and from Chicago.
Food was gone too fast for pictures. Wonderful to find it on the way to Chicago. Very fast, and fresh food. Definitely the best case scenario for any fast food. Stopped in on a road trip, i haven't had it in 15 years. Nothings changed, and that's good. Great food but dated atmosphere. Service was bad too. Took 15 minutes to get food. I pulled back around because they didn't give me any sauce for shrimp or tarter for fish. She gave me creamy garlic packets??
Surprised! The food was fresh and good. The lady behind the counter was nice and allowed myself plenty of time to choose what I wanted with out being rushed. Although the dining area was not busy the team still made sure it was clean.

The nicest LJS I've even been to. New manager, the place is clean and the service great. I live in Chicago and was just passing through, but I'm seriously thinking of road tripping just to visit.
Our recent stop went well. Better than our local Long John Silver's. Excellent customer service. Would stop again if traveling in the area.
