Church Christmas party.We had two severs Jennifer & another young lady.They were very professional,courteous & helpful.They literally waited on us hand & foot.We even had a table of children 11& under & they even stopped to talk & play with the children.Dinner was great!!!Well marinated Beef Tips & boneless/skinless chicken breast(chicken was a little under cooked) but dinner was still great!!Wish theyd add dessert to their banquet menu.Something over the top would be great..Overall great experience

They say you can only get sandabs in the Monterey Bay Area well you can also get em right here at Buds! And they're just as good too. I've never been disappointed here, foods always good and fresh. We have been dining here for years and know most of the staff! Hector is always on hand to take care of your needs. Bloody Mary's are a must.....

It was my wife's and I and a friend of ours first time there. The food was great. I ordered rib eye, my wife ordered seafood special and our friend ordered Calamari steak. All were excellent. Service was great. Will go again and we live in Oakdale. Would highly recommend.
A friend recommended Buds Seafood Grill to us for a nice dinner. Well the food was good but honestly the waitress Arianna was amazing. She was professional, sweet, funny and so attentive. For this being our first time there I was so impressed. I'd have to say since moving to Stockton a few years ago I really haven't had a WOW service experience until now. Thank you for that we will definitely be back again.

Great food and service. Real San Francisco sour dough and fresh seafood. Prices are better than other places that serve frozen seafood and call it fresh! Will definitely be back.
Food and service always great! When I go out to eat I like to modify my food to fit my dietary needs and they had it come out perfect.
Bud's is one of the best places in town! I was brought there by a local for lunch and it did not disappoint! The fish tacos and clam chowder bread bowl were fantastic. I followed it up with a coffee martini which was delicious. I highly recommend you go here. Our server Jarard, was kind, helpful, friendly, and attentive with a great sense of humor. Please check this location out if you are in the area! I would give Buds 6 stars if I could.
Had lunch here with my hubby and was pleasantly surprised. It took a little while for our server to get to us but once they did everything went smoothly. The food was pretty good and the raspberry lemonade drink was excellent. 🙂
Great food! My parents had the crab and shrimp avocado salad and it was pretty fancy. I had the clam chowder bread bowl. I didn't get a pic but my daughter had pesto pasta.

Such a gem of an establishment Bud and Matt. The seafood is always fresh. Calamari is the best ever. Oysters on a half shell are divine. I haven't touched Buds beef yet though lol. My mom helped Bud open up his bar area. Her claim to Fame. Hadn't been there in quite some time until the other day. Had a cup of chowder, best around and some fries calamari . Great job by the father son combo!
I had lunch here with a friend. I used to work in Stockton but had never heard of Bud's so I was excited to try it out. I only eat seafood so this was the perfect place. I got a large shrimp and crab Louie salad and a half sandwich of the crab melt (you can get any sandwich as a half or whole FYI).
The Louie salad was really good, all the veggies were fresh and crisp. There was a really good portion of shrimp and crab. The crab melt is open face (no bread on the top) and it was delicious. I love and still each cheese so this is exactly what I was looking for.
The service was good, our waitress was really nice and she helped me pick the sandwich. One of the other waiters chatted with us about food while we were waiting. I'll be coming back another time, especially to try the clam chowder.
Celebrated my 50th birthday dinner here. Brittany was a wonderful server. I had the ribeye and it was cooked exactly the way I like it: medium and juicy. The clam chowder was delicious. Perfect clam to potato ratio. Thank you for a lovely dining experience.
