I love T4 Basil Popcorn chicken was yummy and hot! So good. Hopefully the speed of service improve a bit took around twenty minutes for two orders and two drinks but other than that. I'd go back with a smile.

Good options and good service but kind of slow and can get very very loud. The location isn't great either. Parking is tough and there is a laundromat near by that sometimes has some less than reputable characters hanging about. That being said, the drinks are good and the staff are nice.
Great Boba, and the main reason I went: snacks! A lot of Boba-Tea places only really do tea, which is fine, but this place does a bunch of different snack foods too. Can get a little busy, but it's definitely somewhere nice to just chill with friends or something, and the selection of teas is pretty
