Reviews of Panda Express

My wife and I were on a California coast bucket list trip. After a long day of driving, we stopped at the Panda Express for a late meal. The only item still available was a chicken and noodle dish. We had no other choice and the staff refused to make anything fresh for us. We took the food to go and headed back to the hotel. The spring rolls were completely mush. The chicken dishes were sticky and pasty, like it was covered in flour. My wife had to throw her meal away and after a few bites, I had to do the same. I completely understand times are tough on staffing and it was at the end of the shift for them. However, when they serve bad food and are too lazy to take care their customers, they loose customers forever. We will never go to a Panda Express, with good reason. Fool me once......

Just wanted to say how awesome this crew is! My dad and I go there a lot since our martial arts school is located in Sherwood Mall. The other day my dad lost his wallet with over $1000 in it and he was so worried it was stolen. He retraced his steps and eventually Panda Express called him and returned his wallet, not a dollar was missing! Pretty cool considering this all took place in Stockton. Thank you guys so much, you saved us a huge hassle!

I walked out because they tried requiring myself and daughter to wear a mask even though there's no requirement from our county. Further more so did two other customers once they seen. I will no longer bend the knee for any establishment or unlaw mandate. Not to mention the all tables were extremely dirty and for some reason they had the doors open even though it's cold.

I was told to put a mask on when I walked in. Prove with peer reviewed studies that masks work, not just enforce unlawful health “mandates”. Ask County Health Director Dr Maggie Park to prove they work. I wasn’t sick. I didn’t have a fever. 5 feet from me people were seated eating without masks. What did it matter if I was standing? I will NEVER eat at your restaurant again until you have science to back up the wearing of masks.

This place is horrible. First I was asked to put a mask on. As a courtesy I did put one on. They however continued to talk about me and my rights in front of my daughter's. One of my daughter's just ordered spring rolls as she wasn't very hungry. The staff then went on to talk about her and what kind of person just orders rolls. The food itself was cold and small proportions. The chow mein noodles were hard and not very good. Overall I would say stay away from this place.

This place is a joke, I would put 0 stars if I could. I came here on my lunch around 11:30 to pick up my online order and they had a paper taped to the door saying sorry for the inconvenience but that would be opening at 12:10. Through the window I could see food on the counter ready to serve and what looked like a bag on a shelf ready for pick up. I stood out there for about 10 mins and saw somebody in the back but when I knocked they ignored me. I then proceeded to call the business multiple times before and after 12:10 but was ignored. I will never return here and I will be making a formal complaint. How is a business going to take your money and not actually be able to serve.

By far the worst Panda Express I have ever been to. They had me pay while telling me my food was being cooked. Only to find out they aren’t making the main food I requested. They had already told me it would be a twenty minute wait and 15 minutes in notified me they wouldn’t be making it. They only refunded me for the food they couldn’t make and not my whole meal. I was forced to bring home half a meal. Absolutely unacceptable and terrible manners. On top of that, the food was cold by the time I had it in hand while it sat on their counter while it was apparently “cooking.” Don’t go here, McDonalds and their broken ice cream machines would provide a better meal than this Panda.
