We love their pizza and cheese bread. It's one of the best places in town
ordered 2 papadias. both were wrong and had no sauce on them. contacted store through an email. immediatley got a response saying sorrry. told me to reply back if i wanted them to make it right. that was on jan 22nd. still no email back after reaching out several times after.
Everything comes hot and on time. They normally get it right. This time they forgot the cheese sauce. However a zesty less sweet sauce would be very nice and our 2 ideas of ,"well done" are different. I like my pizza "bricked" or cook on the rack no pan. Other places do it.
Horrible customer service! I just cancelled my order and went to johnnys pizza. I will never order from papa johns again. Papa johns website said pizza was ready before I left home but the pizza wasnt even placed in oven until ten minutes after i got there. These employees do not care about you or y

Now, I love papa John's pizza, but I'm new to this area from Texas, and I noticed before the driver left that my pizza wasn't cut per my request, and then it's not as done as I like. I'm disappointed, and I've had 2 bites!
