Panera Bread - Stow - Photo album

Always a clean establishment with many bagels, breads and pastries available. I know that it's a corporate decision, but I am quite disappointed that the Thai Chicken Salad, Black Bean soup (seasonal) and the pumpkin crunch bagels (also seasonal) have been discontinued.
I was invited for lunch though I am not a stranger to the bread. The smoothie was so good and I ate up my salad in no time. Great speed in food preparation, great taste, moderate portions and an ambience you can’t get away from. No wonder people come here to eat, hangout and study!
Manager was so wonderful. I thought I had ordered online but my order wasn't ready for rapid pickup, plus they had not received the order. Turns out it was my fault and I had not submitted the order correctly. The manager was so nice looking to see if they had the order and then expedited it once
Our office ordered lunch today from the Panera in Stow and we were given pretty bad customer service. Most of the food was great and tasted delicious. However, my co-workers salad had literally nothing she (PAID) extra to have on it. It was just chicken and lettuce. She called back to make them awar
Worst salad ever.....rotten avocado......dry and smells very bad......for the amount of money you pay.....it is very disappointing.....
The employees are very kind and professional. The atmosphere is typical Panera with a little more space.
I love panera breads mac and cheese. However the last few times I've gotten it the cheese was not runny at all and was chunky and coagulated. Today was the worst not only was the cheese gross but it was all on the bottom and the noodles weren't even covered in cheese.
Good bagles, good pastries, good food and usually pretty good coffee (may not be piping hot). Really like their soups.
