5 star experience with Mike at the register! One of the most friendly and personable Wendy's employees I've ever encountered. He is the reason I'll return - a local business supporting local employees! Manager Matt was professional. A recent change in ownership shows promise for this location. Good luck!

Food was prepared as expected and my special order was correct. There was a long line and it moved quickly which is great. Customer service was lacking but I would still go back.

They were having a problem with the card reader for the drive thru orders. I had no cash on me, so the cashier-with the approval of her supervisor and then, I believe, her manager, agreed to give me my food for free. Very friendly, gracious and funny staff. I don't eat fast foo very often, but if I am in the area, I would take a chance at this location again.
