This was the worst place to go for breakfast. The waitress was slow never asked if you want more coffee or tea. Took an order from people who came in after we did because she knew them. We waited over an hour for breakfast. Scraped up hash browns because they did not have anymore. Should of given
Portions are small and any time you order anything different they charge for a separate item. I have only tried breakfast here. You walked out wondering how in the world you spent $25 on a breakfast for two and you're barely satisfied. Coffee is horrible. I once ordered the fruit bowl four $5.95 and
This was our 2nd visit. First time was okay. This time the wait for our order was extremely long. The young server apologized and said there was a new chef. When our orders finally arrived my eggs Benedict looked pathetic. Over cooked eggs, miniscule meat, small English muffin covered by tasteless
Apparently new owners, really mediocre food. Hash browns were cold and soggy, pancake was under done. How hard is it to make hash browns really? Service were good. Folgers coffee was good but uninspired selection.
The new owners bring an EXCELLENT menu with very generous portions. Flawless execution of flavor and presentation, even with our special requests. Great and quite personable service, too! Looking forward to going back 😎!
Cafe Roosevelt is a great place to have breakfast. We meet friends there twice a week. It's cozy, friendly and owners upbeat. Cooks however you want it.
We waited over 30 minutes for our overpriced breakfast and watered down 2.50 reused coffee. It tasted like water. $30 for toast and eggs. I will not be going back.
The hash browns were perfectly crispy and not burnt. There pancakes are huge and fluffy so delicious.
