Best Panera Bread I’ve ever been to! Space was clean, and it was easy to order and get my food with the tablet station! I appreciate the staff members and service that they provide! Food was delicious !

Always a great experience when stopping by Sturbridge Panera! Awesome service. Delicious food served hot, fresh & fast. I absolutely love their broccoli & cheese bread bowls. Perfect way to warm up on a chilly day. Give them a try! Drive thru also available here.
They did not honor/allow specials from the app. Also had no clue on how to use gift cards on the app. Also the employee was pretty snotty when they were told the coffee was empty. I ended up ordering through the app to use the gift cards. The food was good, just not the service.

I would have given 5 stars the reason I didn't is because I come to Panera quite often and I loved to mix the unsweetened flavored tea with a little of the sweetened flavored iced tea. Now the only unsweetened tea is black tea. I don't like black tea. I used to look forward to the choice of drinks
