Service was attentive, food was well worth the price as the portion was large ! The beef enchiladas were hearty and fresh filled with meat. Also, the tostada was the biggest I ever had it was layered and pile with meat. If your in the sugar land area check this spot out small but great food and personable. Will be back thanks !
Amazing way better than Los tios and Lupe tortillas the people are kind here ans the food comes out hot! And they have fun decorations and atmosphere and the music is the right noise level and the salsa is amazing !!! And fajitas! Really everything here is amazing even the chicken mole enchiladas.
Went to lupitas after work with my boys whoa once again I was surprised. 🤩🤩 this place was a hole in the wall that everyone should come and enjoy the tortillas are homemade super duper amazing.
I ordered the poblanos chicken super awesome very delicious the rice was on point chicken cooked very well and soft . My son ordered portobello chicken he says it was fire the good fire lol . Coffee smackerdoodles . The Amanda steak was very well my son said the refried beans awesome. The shrimp cocktail was also deliciousness omg shrimp up to par just saying size wise for a cocktail. Margaritas I had a mango one very good had me really relaxed did the job😁😊 the pinatas are so cute I loved them so perfect and so latin perfect and very different
We have been there twice this month. Great service and great food both times. We dined in and bought food for take out for the next day!

Love this cute Mexican restaurant in Sugar Land, TX. Been coming here for more than 15years. I can name all the piñatas attached to the ceiling(just kidding). Off highway 6 and Williams trace Blvd.
Restaurant/restroom is neat. Staff and owners(a couple) are friendly. Food taste has remained consistent over the years.
I love that they have a very low staff turnover- that speaks a volume.
Love that cheese and shrimp enchiladas. Their stuffed avocado with shrimp is also great.
This is a well run family run restaurant. The food is really very good. All of the tortillas are made fresh on site. They have some of the best flour tortillas around. We tried the chicken mole enchiladas for the first time over the weekend. We will definitely be ordering them again. The mole sauce had a nice flavor to it. The enchiladas had just enough sauce. They were not drowned in it. The beef fajitas were good as always. They are one of our standbys.
Other items we enjoy are the tostada de fajitas and the chile relleno. Their flan is really very good. It always has a creamy texture. We dont get it often but when we do, it is a real treat.

I don't know what the people who are not leaving 5 star reviews are doing because lupitas is the best Mexican restaurant. I've been coming to lupitas for years and not once have I EVER been disappointed about anything. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and the food is DAZZLING. I would bet lupitas is my most visited restaurant. 10 out of 10 would and will come again!

This is our family’s favorite Mexican restaurant! The fajitas and homemade tortillas are the best and it pairs well with their mango margarita. This is definitely a must try if you haven’t been there yet. Keep up the great work Lupe and Jaime!

They food is delicious high quality high price but worth it
Some of the best cheap texmex in Sugar Land. The inside decorations can be a bit creepy but the food is sincerely amazing and such a good price. I'd suggest getting the margaritas frozen. Their fish tacos are 5 stars.
