Oh, let me not forget the variety of different kinds of drinks that give you a burst of flavor ; I think I like the mango & citrus drink more. It's delicious 😋
Another thing I like is the unlimited access to drinks...oh my...thanks, guys.
Service was fast, price is so competitive.
The ambiance is welcoming and clean, and you definitely want to sit for a while.
I definitely recommend it, and I am coming back!

The parking lot and restaurant were packed when I visited on a Monday at 12:45 pm. I find this style of ordering less of a favorite. You walk up to a counter and stand looking over the head of a cashier while in line to quickly assess what to order. If you don't go there often it can be a bit of a rushed feeling. I don't go often because there isn't one near me. I generally love their food. I had Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice soup with a Turkey Sandwich. The soup was delightful on the cold rainy day I had it, rather perfect. I found the basic logistics and lay out to be a little challenging in my current handicapped state. There was no available Handicap parking space when I arrived. It was difficult to maneuver just trying to track down napkins and the sort walking with a cane. A lady was reporting her purse missing in the same nook where I was at the next table so I wasn't about to get up and go looking. There were lots of younger adults working on their laptops and phones and not eating. The bottom line is the food! It keeps me coming back.
The location is really good, clean and always buzzing. The staff is very polite and helping. They do change all the coffees time to time to maintain that freshness of coffee. At least they do it when I request. I am a member of unlimited sip club and I must say it’s very useful program. Lately they also included all sodas and energy drink into the unlimited sip. I would recommend paneer teeka masala soup with bread bowl. Also I like their pick 2 scheme.
Panera has always just been 'ok' to me in terms of food but this location has stellar service so I had to write a review. I ordered some pastries and a latte and was waiting on the latte by the pickup window. An expediter was standing there and asked me what I ordered. He went to the front to check on the status, checked every cup that came over the counter, and made sure he found my latte. He was extremely nice and had a positive attitude for an early morning. I appreciate that I was taken care of the moment I walked in the door. Highly recommend this location.
Wonderful!! Very efficient. I ordered for takeout and waited inside for my order. While ordering he was very sure to clarify what I wanted. I almost missed ordering my cream cheese lol. He was very patient with me and I didn’t feel like I was annoying him even though there were 3 people waiting besides me. I received my bagels and while waiting for my food the person putting it together checked with me to make sure I received my bagels and double checked my order. Very friendly and really cared. No fake service here. The staff really does care.
My wife and I went here for a late lunch, and were able to order from the tablet adjacent to the counter. I had a 12 in. chicken sandwich, and my wife had a bread bowl of broccoli cheese soup, both of which were served hot and fresh. I recommend that when ordering, you establish the desired side item ahead of your order. The manager came by and ensured we were satisfied. Highly recommended to come here.
Good Food and service too. We arrived at 8:25pm and it seemed they were closed. My husband asked for a bagel but there was nothing available. We noticed a plastic bag full of bagels sitting on the counter. Someone mentioned they were for donation. Doesn't seem to be a good business practice not to have any available for paying guests. On the other hand, my Turkey Avocado sandwich was delicious.
Crowded as all get out, lots of pickup and delivery orders. There needs to be a separate entrance for this sort of traffic because everyone waiting around really takes up a lot of space. That said, the staff is great and friendly and the food up to snuff.
Come daily for drinks and order breakfast sometimes. Never go wrong with them. One of the busiest restaurants in Sugar Land I guess. No need to recommend I think, since it already becomes many people's favourite place.

The food is pretty good. The location isn't very clean though and some of the workers don't care about service. For example, I had a man who wears a hat that barely covers his hair tell me they were out of pepper. Really? If you were out of pepper, then why is there pepper already on my salad? He just didn't want to go to the back and get some extra for me. Also, why is there ever only one tablet to use?
I love Panera Bread and especially their Greek goddess salad! Service is good but sometimes the orders can take a long time so be prepared to wait. Parking can also be challenging during busy periods.
