I came to grab a quick lunch 30 minutes before closing. They served me a warm plate of carne guisada with rice, bean and corn tortilla with a fresh pico de gallo and green salsa. The food was fresh and delicious. I came back the next day for breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed chilaquiles rojos with c
I love this special place! Authentic food, great customer service and nice environment 😊
I’ve read most of the reviews and a lot are talking about prices. This is true the price is a bit high, but truly worth it. The food is seasoned perfectly. I had a beef taco with the best salsa I’ve ever had the meat was tender and delicious. I also ordered a chicken soup. Absolutely delicious and t
Was looking for mexican breakfast and found this place which I hadn't noticed before. Ordered the Ranchero plate with corn tortillas and it was pretty good. The potatoes weren't fried like I normally get them but they were good. Beans had great flavor though, eggs/Ranchero sauce were great and the t
Love this place! Today I got spinach and cheese stuffed chicken with rice, charro beans, pico, spicy sauce, and corn tortillas. Delicious, homey, authentic Mexican flavors! The owners are so sweet and keep the place clean and cozy.

Absolutely love this place! I come from houston once a week to eat here with my buddy, definitely recommend!
This is a small cozy home type restaurant with a lot of taste. Latin cousin dishes are always fresh and delicious. Breakfast is my favorite.
Love that there's an authentic Mexican restaurant in the Sugar Land area. Pretty good food. I kind of customized mine by asking for a chorizo egg scramble with refried bean and ranchero sauce on the side. The ranchero sauce has a little kick to it so does the green sauce for those that like it a lit
Another one of my favorite places to eat. I drop in when I’m looking for a hardy breakfast and yesterday was my day. I had the migas plate and was not disappointed. I’m no fan of refried bean so I substituted for charros bean and wow, I think they over the top good.
Food was pretty good. I got 3 breakfast tacos: 2 Mexican eggs and 1 potato and egg. You can choose what sauce you want on the side and I recommend the "spicy" one even though it's not that spicy. The quantity/price combo is definitely solid. My only critique: I wish the tortilla had more fluff/flavo
The food was good! It was a bit pricey for the quality. I expect prices a little less for what they offer.
The Food at la Fonda is authentic Mexican home made style, delicious! The service excellent, they serve you just made, hot, clean food. The place is cozy, casual and very clean! I recommend LA Fonda!
Great food. Someone know how to cook.. Place is quaint, great atmosphere. Couldn't stop eating the breakfast migas. Wow..
