Service was exceptional attentive waiter very respectful.
Food was good. Not a fan of the 68 sauce, however did enjoy the Cajun sauce on my crawfish. Shrimp are large and taste like local fresh gulf shrimp.

Went today for lunch after seeing a list about their crawfish in the Asian Eats Houston group on FB. They are located in Sugarland which wasn't too bad of a drive from Midtown. When we arrived, it was already 230ish so probably past the lunch hour rush. There were only two other tables there and we were promptly welcomed to a table by our waiter. The menu they provided looked a little bit different than the ones found on Yelp and FB and the prices they advise are slightly higher than their normal due to the pandemic but will return to normal prices when able to. I love their honestly and being upfront about that.
My friend and I ordered 3lbs of crawfish with the 68 house special seasoning. The crawfish were really great size, all of them had plump meat and head cheese. We got the spicy and it had lots of garlic in the sauce. Very yummy... 4/5 stars for viet-cajun crawfish.
We had the fried seafood platter, came with two big fried catfish fillets, three huge juicy oysters, and three jumbo shrimp. This was some of the best fried seafood I've had since moving from Louisiana to Texas. 5/5
We wanted the blue crab stir fry plate but they didn't have any blue crabs at the time. So we settled on the softshell crab appetizer. The flavor was good and it was mixed with bell peppers green onions jalapenos lettuce. The only downside was the softshell crab was not fried crispy... it was a bit soggy. How are the dipping sauce that came with it was amazing, we used it to dip everything. 4/5.
I'll definitely be making the trip back to Sugarland to try other menu items. It's also BYOB so bring some drinks with you!
I've lived in Houston for 12 years now and can say that this place is the most comfortable environment to eat a meal by yourself or with friends. The staff and owner make sure you feel part of their family while you are there. The flavors in the air make you want to order one of everything on the menu. I ended up trying their pork chop plate which was delicious. Also ate crab and crawfish which was a must have dish when you visit. The location is byob but the service is top notch regardless. Definitely a must try for anyone looking for some great food at a reasonable rate.
The Pad Thai was amazing and the butter garlic crawfish we're perfect. My son had the catfish Po-boy and it was very fresh with flaky fish and a fresh baguette. We also ordered the shrimp in butter garlic and the family loved them. Next time I'm trying the Pho.
Great, Viet-Cajun food! Very affordable crawfish! This place has a bit of everything: Crawfish (of course), tons of different seafoods, pho, po-boys, bahn mi (Viet sandwiches), gumbo, lo mein, fried rice, etouffee, etc. The restaurant itself is clean, with a casual atmosphere. They have specials running often, and the service is good (Paul, in particular, was attentive). If you haven’t tried it yet, you should, & you won’t regret it when you do!
The shrimp skewers are a must have if you're eating here, I finished it too fast to get a picture when it arrived😅 . I also ordered 2lbs of their house special crawfish and my sister enjoyed it . Their fried shrimps was also very enjoyable. I would recommend and come back here.
It was late on a Sunday, and My wife and I came in about an hour before they closed and we had the restaurant basically to ourselves. We were seated right away and brought water to the table, we ordered spring rolls and the pork and shrimp egg rolls to start and both were delicious then we order a crawfish etouffee, shrimp Po Boy, and grilled chicken bahn mi sandwich. To be honest, it was some of the best food I've had in a while. The crawfish etouffee was perfect and tasted wonderfully, the bahn mi was nice and fresh and the Po Boy was simple but amazing! I don't think you could go wrong with anything here and they also have some interesting drinks to try as well. I recommend giving it a try and especially get the crawfish... You won't regret it!

The crawfish is excellent. i was pleasantly surprised when i tried the other dishes too! ive now tried about 10 dished and all of them are actually really good. 10/10 would recommend. they also have great service. you wont regret coming here

I had the crawfish here and it was good enough, not my favorite, but it did the job. I also tried the pho and it was decent.
The management in this place is amazing. I sit waiting for my to go order and watch the interaction between the management and staff and I am truly amazed. He speaks with authority and firmness yet you can tell that he has the respect of those that work under him. He has not missed a beat with things that are going on both in the kitchen and dining room as well as patrons seated outside. And the waitstaff are amazing as well. It is pretty busy tonight and they are doing an amazing job servicing tables and making sure patrons are attended to. The food is good, yeeeeessss, but I just wanted to take the time to recognize the amazing workers.
I love 68! I have brought my co workers , family and friends here & they love it as well. Everyone is always so friendly and accommodating. Reading off the reviews here , seems like people leave bad reviews due to their own lack of common sense. For example , the one about the potatoes, sausage , and corn being extras and them not being aware of it and that caused them to not order it. THERE’S SIGNS EVERYWHERE THAT NOTIFY THE CUSTOMER ABOUT IT. The menu, the chalk board outside & even the inside menu have it advertised that it is extra and to order it separately since it’s not included in the crawfish order.
This place is great & Food is always on point. They deserved more than 5 stars in my opinion. If you don’t like loud music, or crowds then don’t come here & then complain later about it. 🤦🏻♀️
