This is one of the few tea shops that delivers. I haven’t had a bad drink yet. I recently got the Vietnamese coffee and it was SO good (and v strong).
Also a cozy, quiet spot to get some work done. Plenty of seating, a few outlets and clean restrooms.
Mtea is my favorite boba tea and fried snacks place in the Sugar Land area. The drinks are super flavorful and the prices are great. I really love their kumquat lemon tea and jasmine milk tea! Their popcorn chicken is also really crispy and savory. The interior is also very stylish and homely, great for working on a laptop. The service is quick and excellent. Very friendly employees!

Chill vibe to hang out with friends. Love their Creme Brulee Taro Milk Tea!!!! Best ever & I have my share of milk teas. Love that you can adjust the sweetness of your drink.
They're pretty okay by taste (drinks) -- reasonably priced compared to the other tea houses.
The Staff is pretty friendly, and the food is pretty mediocr rather. Definitely a cute place to study and work, because of the intimate space (not recommended for large groups)
This is my go-to teahouse for my avocado smoothie. I really like how I can choose to adjust the amount of sugar in the smoothie, which I keep at 50%. Fast, friendly service.
Environment (4/5): Great place to work. Not that much seating but lots of plugs and fast wifi!
Drinks (3/5): I only ordered a mango green tea, but it was really sweet even though I asked for no sugar. I asked the barista and it was because the syrup contains the mango flavor so it would be sweet even with no sugar.
Great staff and service. I am on a quest to find place to work remotely from and MTea is definitely a great place to work from. I visited during lunch time and it was fairly empty, just people picking up orders. I ate their Chicken Bits with a Black Sugar Milk Tea and both were very tasty. Would definitely return again!
First time visiting this placed and we ordered 4 drinks. The decor was nice and the restaurant was clean. It was little late and there were people in the restaurant and still ordering drinks. We ordered 4 drinks and all were good. Would definitely recommend and we will return.

This tea place has such a great atmosphere, cute decoration (Halloween), friendly service, and good tea! I do find the boba on the sweet side, I suggest order the drink less sweet because the boba is already sweet. Would definitely recommend.
Very relaxing atmosphere. They have a nice selection of chilled beverages. This was my first time visiting this place and I tried the pineapple coconut smoothie which I absolutely loved it. This has intrigued me to try more things from the menu and I will definitely be swinging by this location again. However the lady who took my order, It was difficult to understand her.
Pretty good stuff. Mango slushy and taro milk tea was good even at 50% sweetness. Prices seem to have gone up from the pics so I'm adding pic of current prices.
I love this place!! Their food is great, their drinks are awesome, the atmosphere is so welcoming! It's a great place to study or go on dates. I also love how unique they make everything. Only con is that their coffee is a little sweet, but I've noticed that about all tea houses.
Really small space so it’s best for ordering to-go. I recommend everything but the juices. Their popcorn chicken is delicious as well! Logo needs major redesigning btw
Love this place! First time coming and the staff is friendly and very well informed. Atmosphere is young and fun! Free games to use as well as a printer for customers. Will be back for the awesome Vietnamese iced coffee!

Love this place! They have really good drinks. I haven’t tried any food yet. They also have really friendly staff.
Good vibe and tea. The bite size snacks like popcorn chicken and fries are also really good. The Pomegranate tea is a must try. I usually add a slice of lemon to my tea and the mango jelly is a great add-on. They also have a rewards program.
