Place was clean, food was prepared in a timely manner and the customer service was very very respectful and helpful even though there was a very long line during lunch. One person serving about 10 people making sandwiches all by himself and ringing everyone up at the register. Guy needs some help. 5 stars deserved but owners need to put another person on during lunch to help this poor young man out
My attendant was very medical (euphemism for slow).
The store was clean. I enjoyed my sandwich. I took a star away because one of the jalapenos that I bit into was hard & I don't like how I'm asked to tip. SUBWAY, pay them more, don't offset costs on

Looks like a new and improved staff has arrived. The restaurant was neatly cleaned. All of the drink options were available. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great attitude. Well done on this visit.
The food is always great but the customer service is lacking a little at this location. I eat at Subway a lot for lunch and some days the team here seems very upbeat and others not so much.
When I get the thinking I want subway I go to this location. It's out of the way by a few miles but worth the detour. Fixings always look fresh...more than I can say for the disgusting $h!thole of a subway by the Kroger @west airport & hwy 6. That place will make you never wanna step into a subway.
Subway has a new menu of sandwiches & wraps, I was pleasantly surprised when I dined there yesterday. Please check out their new menu, you'll be glad you did!
