The wait wasn't too long in the drive through but the customer service is not good. The employees don't greet you at the window and they are not friendly. They got my order incorrect as well. My coffee was good once my order was corrected but I'll stick with going to my favorite Starbucks in Fairfield on Oliver Rd for now on!!!

Worst Service EVER .. Friday omw home I stopped and ordered tea totally messed my order up... All weekend no Walk in service... Only drive Thur😡...

Day 3!... Tea still on my table!... I seen a woman in a wheelchair and older couple outside upset!.. everyone doesn't have a 🚗... Rude female answering the phone 5min ago!

Came here around 8:30pm. One American dude was being hella rude when we were asking what was taking forever . & the other girl had curly hair she was African American as well. They gave us very bad costumer service . The blame it on the short staff

The staff is great, food and drinks made great. The volume in which they play the music is terribly high. I felt like I was trying to order at a drink at club, I had to yell so loud for the staff member to take my order. I was expecting to go to a coffee shop, not a club scene.

Worst experience ever, waited for 30 minutes for a mobile order. There was 8 baristas there, from the 8, only 3 where actually working.

Slowest service I've ever experienced at a Starbucks. Well over 15 minutes for a Chai Latte and Lemonade. Ordered breakfast food and received it in 5 minutes. However, I don't want to eat my breakfast without my drink. Ordered a pastry and it was dry and fell apart. Daughter had a egg sandwich of sorts and she enjoyed it. Heard 3 others becoming very upset about the wait time. I would've been too if I had places to be.

Good experience yesterday. Very polite and courteous staff. My large eggnog latte with an extra shot of espresso and add whip cream extra hot with straight eggnog uncut was absolutely perfect. I was somewhat surprised and very pleased for the high price I paid. I plan to try them again in the morning. The music was too loud just like in all Starbucks. This may become my go-to Starbucks for my seasonal eggnog lattes if they continue to get it right. I don't frequent Starbucks too often mainly because the music is unbearably too loud in all their stores. Maybe giving all their stores a not-to-exceed volume would be helpful instead of letting the employees choose. I have walked out before without purchasing anything and I've asked some stores if they could turn the music down without much success. I like music too but within reason. I don't like overbearing and uncomfortable and having to talk over the music instead of the music complimenting the atmosphere.
