This was my 1st time at this particular Chik-fil-A. I stopped by to pick up my granddaughter a kid's meal for the drive back home. When I saw the fries all I could do was shake my head. The fries were cold and the nuggets were barely warm.

The line is incredibly long all day every day. The place is clean the people are nice and they are quick with the service. But the only complaint that I would have is they don’t fill up the fries. I’ve always received half of an order of a fry. Tuesday is discount day for the military.
I'm about to give up fastfood but this place won't be going anywhere. I absolutely love the #2 spicy deluxe with a lemonade. Customer service is always great. Only issue this time was I requested no tomatoes and still got them on the meals. Otherwise, they are the best fast food restaurants around!
The kids working there are awesome. Controlling the traffic, ordering and service. Been here in Sumter 7 months and the long lines put me off, but granddaughter picked it for lunch. The line moved fast and food was great. Love the strawberry chicken salad.
Its chick fil a, you know its going to be good. Amazing drive thru management. Friendly smiling faces. Fast in and out. Food quality is always good. First time at this location for us. They got our order wrong, but they did it so efficiently we just ate it and didnt complain.
They are always super busy. They have figured out how to manage the amount of customers that go thru the drive thru by adding cones and making 2 lanes along with staff members taking your order by coming to your car. They are always wonderful, very nice and always get my order right. It's the only
Picked up catering order for office function. Food and lemonade was great. Restaurant workers very pleasant and on the ball getting order together and helping to load it into trunk of car.
Was not satisfied today. Didn't get what I ordered. Took extremely too long to get my order. They forgot to put my tea on my order and instead they said sorry. Could have given me a complimentary tea they said we can charge you for it. What! Please don't start getting like those other fast food rest
