Love the place they always make our food correct and amazingly super sweet every time we go in and when I did have one issue one time they literally called and made it right I think that's amazing I highly recommend Firehouse Subs from Sumter

Food is good but don't go here if you're on a time crunch... you're better off going to the store and putting the Sandwich together yourself

Ordered through the app, was told it wouldn’t be ready until 8:50 when it was ordered around 6:00. We called after the app gave a new option for pick up times at 7:30 and they said it was ready. I’m assuming someone turned off the online order option and they made our subs when we ordered it because

Try my order of: turkey, ham, lettuce, salt, pepper, extra oil and vinegar, oregano, mustard, hot pepper, cheese (provolone) and kettle chips. Thank me later

You feel like a second hand citizen there whenever your a door Dasher They'll tell you oh we're working on it when it as long as it takes for them to hand it to you you know they didn't even start on until after you got there. I really don't like taking orders from there.

As usual wonderful great amazing staff and amazing tasty food definitely better than subway haven't been to subway since introducing my family to firehouse
