My problem is the store is not open for dinning or the ability walk and order. The drive thru is rediculus, with price of gas, the long wait time is unacceptable. The food is good that's why people show up. Owners get more involved, please.
saw the KFC advertising the chicken sandwich so pick me one up while I was on the road, got the pot pie which I never tried btw, notice the female employee look tired but anyway it's fast food you see this in every fast food employees ready to close and leave.
Traffic was backed up and when I got home, I had the wrong sides. Just thru them away because I didn't want to go back out.
Never heard of a KFC shutting down at 10, or not having anything on the menu.
Friendly and fast service, the only suggestion that I have is to put more ice in your drinks
In store pickup is the way to go here. So fast and food is always correct.
Picked up our meal from this restaurant a few minutes ago. We ordered an 8-piece meal with two sides, and a large unsweet tea. The person taking the order repeated it back to us correctly. When we got to the window to pick it up, they gave us a half-and-half tea, and ONLY chicken. No sides whatsoeve
This is the worst fast food restaurant in Sumter ever . Specially doing door dash they should find a faster way to give out these orders . I understand because of Covid they have to keep their doors closed . But they can always bring out our door dash orders to the doors . Or not have door dash at
