Eaten there multiple times now in the past year and the food has been good, and they have yet to get my order wrong. I appreciate the convenience of the drive-through as well. I have used the delivery option as well. Takes longer than id expect to reach my door, but I understand how the delivery service works and I just order a little earlier than when I'm trying to eat to compensate.

Kaleb/Caleb is the most polite human being I’ve met in a while. He was nothing but a gentleman and respectful. My experience couldn’t have been any better i ended up not knowing if I wanted to have oil and vinegar on my sandwich so he offered for a side of the oil and I ended up not liking it so I appreciate him for giving me the option. Also I ordered a blt unwich and he suggested the numbe 16 instead to save a little money and as a customer that’s been in customer service for 8 years that was definitely a hit for me I absolutely love of course like anyone would to save a little money. Once I got to the window he asked if I had the app and unfortunately I haven’t signed up yet and he wasn’t pushy or persistent about it and I hate that pressure he was super nice . There was napkins in the bag there was the side of three kickin ranch and the sandwiches along with that side of oil and vinegar and I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience please make sure you guys show him the recognition he deserves. Jimmy jhons is lucky to have an employee like that. Round of a pluses to you Kaleb/Caleb. Bravo.
