Usually the food and service are okay. But serving a completely burnt on both sides burrito is intentional and lazy. I ordered through Doordash so I paid extra and still was hungry.
Never have they EVER gotten my order correct. The line is always a million miles long. The only reason I’m giving them one star is because they have one employee that is amazing! Deserves to work a better job for sure.

20 minutes until close and they refuse to take anymore orders claiming theyre closed. If you want to close at 11:30 fine, but update your hours so people don't waste their time driving there. Also, maybe try a "sorry" were closed, especially when you really aren't.
