Sure you have to bake it yourself, but Papa Murphy’s consistently has higher quality ingredients than the other pizza chains, making delicious pies every time. Fresher ingredients prepared right in front of you at a lower cost - all you have to do is use your own oven. The gentleman working here was laid back and friendly, while also being a pizza prep magician. I was inn and out in less than 3 minutes.
Jake was very nice over the phone and when I picked up my pizza at the Sun Prairie store, an employee held the door for me because my hands were full. The toppings were loaded and the price was great.
LOVE PAPA MURPHYS! I just wish they would fill to edge of the crust. Especially the gluten free crust that cost so much more. The edges with no ingredients ends up getting too done and you can’t eat it ... it’s a waste.
Sad to see some people have had bad experiences. I have found staff to be incredibly helpful, I never pay full price for a pizza and more than once the person taking my order has told me "oh we have this deal happening so save that coupon" or "you can get a better deal if you do it this way" I almost always have my toddler in tow and they smile and wave to her and once someone carried my large order of pizzas to my car because she was being a handful. Another time she fell asleep on my way to pick up an order and someone came to my car took my credit card and came back out with our pizza and gave me my card and receipt back. Our pizza's are always yummy, we are especially fans of the $5 Fav's!
