Screwed up order then the lady at the window gave us the peace sign… we demanded to talk to a manager and the so-called manager came to the window wearing a marijuana sweater barely speaking English stating that my wife was wrong for ordering what she ordered…
Great employees representing your company i get that you just a fast food chain but apparently you truly don’t care anymore.

We just ordered drinks and a sweet pastry and they took like 10 minutes for that. They could of parked the car in front waiting for their food so we didn't have to wait that long. But no they didn't think that...

I recently used the McDonald's app to place my order. I ordered an item incorrectly and was given something I really didn't want. The manager on duty did not hesitate to replace the item with what I actually wanted to order. Thank you for making my experience much better.

Got cheeseburger happy meal without CHEESEBURGER!! That was just over upsetting. I wouldn’t be that disappointed if it would be like apple slices, but I didn’t get the main part of my meal. This is ridiculous. Also got medium drink instead of large I ordered.

Here’s the secret to going to McDonald’s - don’t expect the order to be right or the food to be properly constructed and tasty. Using this strategy, you will never be disappointed with your cheap and soggy artery clogger food. As far as McDonald’s locations go, this one is right on par with the rest - totally average food that you settle for when you’re hungry and in a hurry. The drive through was all business, no eye contact or smiles. Just take my money and hand me the sack of salt, cholesterol, and fat.
