Throughout the past year I have had nothing but good experiences with this Dunkin's. Im sure there are times that aren't the best, but at the end of the day they do a solid job. I tend to stop in the mornings and the current staff has been friendly and seem to be on point with the coffee. I'm sure
Nothing like standing at the counter as the only customer while the employees spin in circles like chipmunks ignoring you. Order ahead and your slip sits on the counter till you arrive and then they make your coffee order and forget to make your food order.
Just like anywhere you get the good and the bad. The customer service for the most part is great. The coffee making skills not so much. There's probably only 2 people there that can actually make a good coffee.
Overall it's an ok place, but I've been to better one.
This place moves the line at the speed of a 2 toed sloth. Absolutely HORRIBLE service, the app order system is NEVER on line and they run out of everything usually before 8am.

This Dunkin’ Donuts has gone extremely down hill within the past few months. I truly believe that you would be in and out of a full Newport Dunkin’ Donuts drive through line faster than you would if you were waiting first at the counter at this store.
