Always a wonderful dining experience. Really like the variety on the menu of not totally standard faire. Friday night prime rib is excellent, as is the bread pudding. Just wish there was an additional patio or outside dining area where are four-legged friends could join us for dinner.
We love this place so much! Hannah is so special and the best server ever!!! So happy we found this spot. The food is delicious and the service is AMAZING!!!

Wanted to go someplace different for breakfast while staying in Sunriver. The Wallow has a wonderful variety on the menu along with a very nice staff that makes you feel super welcome there. We will be visiting again soon.

Best ribs and baked beans I’ve had!! Brought some home in a doggy bag but the doggies not getting them!!!!
The staff is so friendly. The food was great. What more do you need? I had the buffalo chicken wrap with added shrimp and my husband fish and chips. Both of us were happy. Half of my wrap went home for my lunch the next day.

Easily the best and most chill bar in Sunriver. Do yourself a favor and get away from the snooty resort area and get out to this place. Did I mention the food is absolutely amazing and all homemade!! Hefty shots and nice local people!

We come here every time we visit sunriver. The food is very good and the locked and loaded bloody Mary is amazing.
We have family in Sunriver. On a recent visit we had breakfast at the Wallow and this little gem delivers. . I barely finished the signature skillet. Looking forward to a return this summer for lunch and drinks.
A must stop! GREAT burgers cooked perfectly to order, Bartender and staff were all very nice, food was ready and out to table in little to no time at all. Very clean and attractive establishment. Will definitely come back anytime we are in the area!

A small nice little restaurant and (full) bar, which is definitely a local hang-out.
I had the Chef salad, which was very good.
My son had the taco's and they looked really good.
It not a fancy place, so don't plan on asking for your girlfriends hand in marriage... She would never forgive you... But it's a good place to wet your whistle and eat some carbs!
Service is very much on the SLOW side, so this is not a fast food joint to say the least.

Exterior is a rustic, northwest style cabin building. Interior is your typical bar and grill, although altogether the atmosphere is a bit brighter and cleaner than most grills of this style. Service was a definite plus, as the waiters politely and graciously communicated any delays or issues with our order. It's a bit out of the way for most Sunriver residents, giving Wallow an exclusive, local feel, like a well kept secret. As for the food, I had the elk burger and our table split a half size plate of the nachos. The nachos were piled high with beans, cheese, salsa, sour cream, peppers, and onions. Even though we got a half order, it was still enough for up to three people. Since elk was on the menu, I decided to sample what I and many others consider a rare treat. The burger itself was substantially more flavorful than most, owing to the high quality locally made bun, the delectable house sauce, and the skillful preparation of the elk meat. Overall, a most enjoyable meal. Take note, however, that they don't serve lunch until 12, so don't arrive earlier if aren't in the mood for breakfast. Recommended.

We stopped here based on the recommendation of a local while staying in Sunriver. We are glad we did.
There are several beers on tap, most of which are local (Oregon) craft brews.
We ordered two of the burgers, and for $4 more got elk patties instead of beef. We ordered them rare, and they were cooked perfectly. The presentation was good, and the buns were fresh from a local bakery. We opted for onion rings instead of fries because the bartender said they were amazing. She wasn't lying. I'm not exaggerating when I write that they were the best beer-battered onion rings I've ever had. Anywhere.
Our service was attentive and friendly. We ordered buffalo wings for an appetizer that, unfortunately, never arrived. The bartender was extremely apologetic, removed them from our bill without being asked, and even offered to make them on the house to take with us. I understand that mistakes happen; to me what matters is how they are handled afterward. They made it right.
The atmosphere is sort of rustic lodge meets local watering hole. It is far enough off the beaten path that most of the other patrons appeared to be locals. It's a great place to escape the "resort" feel for someplace that feels more authentic- almost familiar even.
Overall we really enjoyed this place, and we will definitely be back whenever we are in the area.
Excellent, flavorful veggie burger! The burger patty includes black beans and corn as primary ingredients. This is one of the better veggie burgers I've had, and I've had many! The fries are also delicious. I wish the serving size of fries was a little bigger.
Excellent service. Very friendly server who was happy to make modifications to the order as requested (I asked for two different kinds of cheese).
There was plenty of parking when we went around 3pm. And the restaurant was not busy. The restaurant mainly has tables and a bar. I didn't notice any booths. I prefer booths at restaurants. That's the only aspect of the atmosphere that I didn't like.
Always in search for a great Rueben. Well, here it is. The new #1 in Central Oregon. The Wallow was amazing! We went back the next day to try something else. Did not disappoint whatsoever. I will make it a point to stop back on my way through. I'd love to give these folks 10 stars in fact. Great atmosphere. Staff was laid back but provided exceptional service. Give the Gin and Tonic a chance as well. It was terrific! Great job Wallow! 💯
Great food! Awesome local place with a terrific bar with local beer on tap and great vibe. The rib special was fantastic. Great smoke flavor and sides. The staff is hard working and really pulling it off. Even with a busy restaurant it was a great experience. I'll be back for sure. The whole family had a great time.

Was a good hold in a wall place you don't want to miss out on!! Service was great. She was nice and checked on us the perfect amount of time.. my sandwich meat was a little dry but over all was amazing!! Definitely will go again next time I come to the area!!!
Great chicken fried steak (hand pounded ny strip) great service! We made it there in 10 minutes or so riding our bikes from the village area condo we were staying in. No waiting in line for breakfast as it's away from the main tourist area. Great local pub/bar/diner! The ladies working there were quick and definitely easy on the eyes!
Great little restaurant, kid friendly. Have full bar and lots of good beer on tap. Food was good they have steaks that are excellent also I highly recommend the nachos, fair prices. Definitely would recommend.

We were in Sun River for three nights and we’re surprised by the large selection, excellent quality, and great prices for the food. The friendly atmosphere and employees were the icing on the cake. We got takeout on the second night and returned with friends on the third. We will return the next time we visit the area from Portland
Pretty good place for lunch and dinner. Had order of steaks and salmon. Good flavor and reasonable portions. The salmon was on the overcooked side so not a 5 Star place but still good. Would go back here when back in Sunriver area.
Great food, good atmosphere and the friendliest staff you could imagine. My fav menu item is the French dip and if you choose the onion rings upgrade you won't regret it.

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Sunriver. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. Especially the charming manager. He made our entire night a delight. The food is absolutely amazing. Everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Sunriver. Highly recommend!
Absolutely one of the THEE best Bleu Cheese n Bacon burgers ever. Fries are a bit shy but they are good too.

We have a cabin down the road. This place used to change hands every year and sometimes it would be closed all together. I am happy to say that it's been in the same hands for a couple of years and the staff is really friendly. I am also seeing the crowd improve from LaPine drunkards to folks that just don't feel like eating at a Sunriver Snobbery restaurant. This past week my wife and I ate their 4 times(1 breakfast, 1 dinner, and 2 lunches). We loved it. We had the chicken ceasar salad, elk burger, and traditional eggs and bacon. Feels very open and inviting. Lots of cool fish on the walls too.
