Review Schlotzsky's - Sunset Valley

A clean restaurant with friendly staff. I like their sandwiches but my son likes their chicken flatbreads.

Their sandwiches are pricy buy uou get your money's worth for sure. I ordered a medium club sandwich and it was HUGE. 10/10 would come again. Also the sourdough bread is always perfect.

I have used this schlotzskys multiple times. They USUALLY get my order right and are fairly quick to do so. Overall, pretty good experience and would recommend.

Don’t pay with credit card, they double charged me and admitted it was not the first time. I showed my credit app with the charges and they said you are not getting charged double after i showed the charges applied to my account. It may be temporary charge but still its a double charge and its not the way of doing business.

Good store but the lunch meat they use is on the decline as a whole. Recommend if you like schlotzskys

Best BBQ Chicken and jalapeño flatbread i ever ate!

great sweet treat to eat. Lots of good vibes and people all around. No where near as good as zoe's or any take n bake pizza shop ive been around. The customers where really good but the employees not as? I liked the herb in the beef sandwich. And the tomato basil bisque was really good best thing that i ever had.

Schlotzskys has always had superb foods and dessert,never in 30 year's have I've been disappointed with the mgmt mor personnel, their food is delicious beyond comparison.

The service was okay but the quality of the food has gone down and the price has gone up! I had a small sandwich and small drink, my husband had a sandwich and drink and it was $20....ridiculous. We have eaten at this Schlotskys before but won't be going back.

Sure would be a lot cooler if your online ordering were up to snuff. You know who has GREAT online ordering software? Torchy's. Also Cabo Bob's. They both use MAVN, and it works great. Yours? I can't even place an online order now, and every time I try it conveniently forgets that yours is the only Schlotzsky's that I've ordered from since you brought online ordering to your website. Poor implementation, poor execution, poor performance. Do better.

I've had nothing but EXCELLENT service from this Schlotzsky's and their food is very good! The place is super clean and the employees work very hard to get your order out as quickly as possible without compromising quality! Being ex military I pay attention to details and I could find nothing wrong with this store! They also have a great outdoor patio to dine out on!

The new shrimp salad sandwich from the Brodie Lane location was horrible. I will go to to my favorite S Lamar store and try it again someday.

I've never been disappointed with schlotzky until today when i decided to try the new traditional brisket half sandwich... IT HAD NO BRISKET!! I had to go back to work with bread

I haven't been in for awhile until this week. I sure like the changes that were made. The decor is welcoming. I like the furniture on the outside patio also. Very nice!!! As always the staff was very welcoming with their greetings as I walked in and taking the time to say "Thank You" and "Have a good day" as I left. Love this place.

The entire team is extremely friendly and welcoming. Everything is always fabulous!

I went to this location (Store #2153/Brodie Ln.) on 12/9/17 and, after ordering then waiting for 20-25 minutes and noticing many customers who ordered after me receiving their food, I asked an employee to please check on my order (I'd ordered 2 sandwiches). The employee took my receipt and went to the prep line area. Although I could not hear what was said, I did see the employee offer the receipt to another at the prep area. The second employee waved back at the one with the receipt, clearly indicating they did not want to look at it...and they did not. Their whole interaction may have taken 7 seconds. The employee brought my receipt back and told me they were very busy and that my order was being made. I ended up waiting another 15 minutes, still not having received my order. No authentic follow-up was done with my order. I then went to the counter and asked for my money back. The person assisting me had "Assistant Manager" (AM) on their name tag. AFTER processing my refund, I was asked what was wrong? The refund process was complete silence until that question was asked. After I explained what had happened, he had an employee "look" for my order in the pick-up bin and in the prep area. After negative results, the AM shrugged his shoulders and asked if I'd like some "chips or maybe something to drink". I had a survey offer on my receipt and completed it within a couple of hours of leaving the store. The recording on the phone survey stated someone would call me and to leave my phone number, which was done. Within the next week, after no phone call had been received, I completed the on-line contact form, providing my email address as well as my phone number. I completed this form once again on 1/5/18. As of 1/9/18, there has been no contact made from Schlotzky's. Although the food is usually good, I can not overlook the dismal service I received. The lack of contact about my experience demonstrates Schlotzky's has grown above the need to worry about customer service. What a shame.
