Our pepperoni pizza, garlic knots were fantastic! Love the cute decor, music, and our server Breanna was top notch! Next time we will leave room for cannolis! Thank you and thank Breanna again for us!
Everything We ordered was delicious. Pizza (plain and chicken ranch), wings, meatballs, eggplant parm, Philly cheesesteak, mozzarella sticks and cannolis. We ordered way too much food but now I get to enjoy it again. Friendly staff and great service.
We had wonderful service from super friendly staff, one of the daughters of the owner. Our Greek salad and pizza was absolutely delicious. We will recommend to others and we will be back.

I had the vege pizza with eggplant to go & anchovies on the side, Crust was excellent flavors just incredible! Wait staff was very friendly & courteous. The menu has lots of options to choose from. I'll be getting pizza from there for sure!

This was our first visit and will not be our last. Wonderful little restaurant with great food. We had Chicken Parmesan and Chicken Marsala, both were served fast, hot and delicious. The salad was good and fresh and the bread was good as well. Faith our server was delightful and friendly. I would recommend this restaurant.
Best chicken Alfredo in my life! That’s a pretty bold statement ! So unassuming looking. Creamy and super flavorful though. Spinach artichoke dip pretty damn good as well. My wife had the chicken picatta which I even liked. The light sauce, linguini, and freshness of it.
Local Italian restaurant on the island. Our server was on the spot! She did a great job tending us. Our food came out nice and hot, just how I like it. Pizza was our choice. 10 inch personal, crispy crust with good flavors.
We had an incredible experience at Santino's on our recent trip to Surf City! If you're looking for some great Italian food and great service, this is your place. Everything from the service to the food was outstanding and we can't wait to go back.
Our family stopped by Santino’s for dinner on our beach trip, and both the food and service were incredible despite us coming during their busy hours! Our server, Daniel, was extremely attentive and upbeat and made sure we were taken care of. The new owners, Jenna and Pete Skenteris, came to greet us and check on us and we absolutely loved them and their service. Such wonderful people! I had the Chicken Piccata and it was absolutely delicious. The drinks are also a 10/10. Needless to say, Santino’s is now a must-stop for us at the beach!
Nice casual Italian restaurant with most of the classic Italian food on the menu. My wife had the eggplant Parmesan and I had the Chicken Francaise. Both dinners came with pasta, a house salad and warm bread. Overall the food was delicious, I really enjoyed the Chicken Francaise in the wine and buttery sauce. I would definitely dine here again.
First off, Daniel is absolutely amazing! Ask for him to be your server! I have never had service like his in my life. He gets down to your seated level and gives you his full attention.
Second, the food was fantastic! It comes out steamy hot and so fresh! Props to the chef!!
Third, the cannoli cake is out of this world!

On vacation and we came here two days in a row! First day Faith was our waitress and was fabulous. Fast quick service was great and we told her we were coming back. Next day we brought the ENTIRE family so we had 7 people including 3 hungry kids! Daniel was flipping fantastic. The strawberry and peach daiquiri were delicious food was phenomenal and service was great. The kids were happy and wanted to tip the chef because they were so happy with their meal! Loved the fresh bread, Italian dressing and appreciated the family atmosphere!
Our food was so fantastic! The lobster ravioli really hit the spot. Daniel took care of us and was so attentive! What an experience. This place is so impressive. Get there early because it is such a hot spot.
Truly authentic Italian cuisine. Great friendly service and delicious foods. The drinks were awesome. Definitely give this place a try.

We had the BEST time and the food was great! We have an unpredictable toddler and our server Jillian was still fairly new and absolutely wonderful. The owner came out and we talked about coming back next year when it will be called Santorini’s. We loved it ❤️. Great atmosphere, food, service and the sweet bartender worked very hard to manifest a 50th birthday shot for for me. That’s it… great spot! Enjoy!
We had a great time. John was our waiter and it was his first day ever waiting tables. We never waited for anything. You never could have told he was new. Great hire. Food was incredible as well. Meet the owner, very pleasant talking to her. Good luck in your endeavor, with our experience your off to a good start.
This review is based on my Uber Eats takeout experience with Santino's. Overall, good experience and good food. The pizza I ordered was fantastic and definitely 5 stars! The only reason for the 4-star review is because the loaded fries honestly weren't so great (more like 2 or 3 stars)... the fries themselves were soggy, and the sauce with the cheese and bacon was just so-so. It also took an extra 15 minutes for them to finish preparing my order after the Uber Eats app said it was ready for pickup. All in all, not a huge deal and I was ultimately very happy with my main course. Just a little surprised the fries weren't up to par.
Santino’s has started offering homemade soups. Since we love Olive Garden soups, we wanted to try chicken gnocchi. I just have to say it was absolutely delicious and far exceeded any we’ve ever had elsewhere! Creamy and stocked full of chicken and veggies. We cannot wait to sample Zuppa and others. Thanks for bringing to the island! Support local.
Great place! The food is excellent. This place represents the standards that other restaurants should be held to. My wife got the chicken piccata, I got the tortellini carbonara, and my son ordered the pepperoni pizza, by far the best Italian food in a 30 mile radius.
Staff were polite and friendly. Made an extra effort to get us comfortable seating quickly. Our waitress who had been on the job for three weeks was very well trained.
