Went here for the first time last night. Was less than a 5 min wait, the restaurant was decorated nicely for the holidays, all the staff we interacted with were friendly. Jennifer was our server and was just wonderful, she was very sweet and provided great service. We tried a few seasonal items and a few on the main menu. Everything was absolutely delish! Perfect timing between apps, salad and entrees. We will definitely come here again.
Food was appetizers. Some were quite good. Pass on the Truffle Fettuccine - dry, no sauce, tasteless. No truffle flavor at all. Chris, the bartender, was great, as were the rest if the staff. We ate at the bar. Decorated nicely for Christmas. Have been going here since it opened 15-16 years ago. And will continue to do so! Give it a try. Sunday is happy hour all day!
Even though we had a new server, who was being trained, they did an awesome job! Food was great, my wife and I really enjoyed the bread and olive oil/balsamic dip, as well as our food. It made for a perfect pre-flight dinner. The cannollis were delightful as well.
Had a wonderful dinner. 6 of us, and everyone ordered something different. Our waitress was so fast and efficient and friendly. Put the App on your phone and get a free dessert!
I love me some good italian food and this place did not disappoint. It has that home-cooked meal feel. Service was excellent. My only issue is they serve too much food. Just kidding
We stopped in for appetizers and were disappointed. They were priced right at $7 but tasted like they came out of a box, not homemade. The fried calamari was greasy and very tiny, flavorless. The service was amazing and we love the ambiance, unfortunately not our choice for drinks and appetizers.

went in again tonight. The food was great! My Celiac son amd I shared a salmon, daughter had shrimp scampi and husband has the steak Bryan. It was just as good this time! The oil and bread were so amazing too!
Amazing food and atmosphere- able to take my son who has Celiac disease - they have gluten free options!
Food was delicious as always! The highlight was our server Jenny's exceptional service!! She was very attentive to everything not only to us but her other customers! She is a very humble young women who takes pride in her service to her customers!
I hadn't been to Carrabba's in a long time. Every bit as good as I remember. I had the calamari for an appetizer, followed by house salad and lasagna. Everything was excellent, the salad only needed some fresh ground salt and pepper. The evening was interrupted by a medical emergency, but the staff handled it competently and professionally, relocating patrons as necessary to make way for the paramedics. I sat at a high top in the bar area to avoid waiting for a table in the main dining room. Service was speedy, portions ample, and food served fresh and hot. I'm sure I'll be back.
They have recently made small changes to the menu and the way certain things are prepared. Mostly the appetizers have had some changes. The entrées and desserts seem unchanged.
The reward system has changed. Previously three visits would earn you 50% off your next visit; now they have switched to a point-based system where you can earn various dollar amount discounts.

I had above and beyond service from Jennifer and Jay at the Surprise, AZ Carrabba’s location. My server Jennifer was so sweet and was on it with everything we needed even with how busy she was on a Saturday evening. Jay the Manager went out of his way too and got ranch from NEXT DOOR for my son who does not like ketchup with his fries. Jay was so fast too, didn’t even know he left the building, he also brought over a smaller fork for my 3 year old eating his Mac n chz initially with a larger fork. I did not ask for or expect any of this. It’s the little things, especially after a hard work day and hearing of all the suffering in this world today. I would say the company should pay Jennifer more but we all know that’s not how it works unfortunately. So if you have Jennifer as your server TIP HER MORE $$ AND PEOPLE BE KIND AND TIP ALL SERVERS IN THIS WORLD MORE and give your servers some grace even if they are not the best because I can guarantee most are working their butts off behind the scenes to make you happy and take care of their families.
Delightful Italian place. Nice decor, great ambiance. Server was stretched as they seem to be short staffed. Wine order came wrong but was corrected yet they still did not get the order correct...just closer. Food was good. We'd go back again.
Suprise Az. Location. Was greeted upon entering. Service was great! Best ever Calamari. Besides ever watchful waitress Jen, was actually visited by restaurant manager Jay. He was attentive and friendly. You can tell he has high moral with his waitstaff working as a team.
Our server was the best! Our large group kept him busy but he was very alert, attentive & friendly. We will definitely return & request his station. Food was yummy, greeters were friendly
Service was sporadic, salad arrived and four minutes later entrees heading to table. Had them hold dinners in kitchen..gas, brakes, gas cadence just off. Food is good, just may opt to carry out next time.

Anyway, had not been to this location in over 15years. Ive always loved the food, and they did not disappoint. Ordered the Trio, yum. Our waitress, I forgot her name, was awesome. she looks like the Singer, PINK.
