It’s nice we got kindly greeted as we walked in. My husband and I order take out the same two combination gyros plates. Price comparison with other was normal for two. First time trying this restaurant. People look authentic as well as the food flavor. First things first, I like the presentation of the food and the amount of food portions. It looked clean and tasted clean. No stomach issues lol. Oh and it came with the pita bread yum. The salad was super fresh not sitting old and mold, that is a plus. The red vinegar dressing was well pair with the salad. Easy to find. There were decent amount of parking spaces around the building. Small cafe for a quick sit down place. Overall, one of the best small Greek cafe I’ve ate.
My wife and I had a craving for Mediterranean food and decided to try out Pita Wraps. What a find! The food was terrific! We ordered a chicken combo plate to share and a side of fries. When our order was brought to us we couldn't believe how much food we were given. The chicken was full of flavor and not dried out at all. The rice was very good and I could not stop eating it. The combo also came with a salad and vignette which went well with the chicken and the tzatziki sauce. The fries were fresh and crispy.
Pita Wraps also offers Chicago style hot dogs and there is also a Philly cheese steak as well as gyros and falaflel. That alone insures that we will be back to try these items as well.
First the food is delicious and the portions are generous! I normally get the gyro platter. Came out very quickly. I got a chance to sample the hummus today and wow, looking forward to a full bowl. What makes atmosphere special is Ash, the owner. She’s so welcoming and friendly. Definitely a fav place of mine!
Friendly service, food came out quick, order was correct, son enjoyed his gyro wrap and we ate on the gyro plate for a couple days because the portion is so much! The meat was melt in your mouth worthy, the rice was phenomenal! Their sauce is delicious! We love this place!

This place makes incredible food and fresh! Tried it for the first time on 5/25 and had the Gyro and fries combo which was fantastic, so good in fact that I took my son the next day for lunch. Lots of food for your money too! The owners are also very nice and friendly. Just an easy place to get great food and good conversation and a clean environment. Hands down best gyro spot in Phoenix! Will always recommend!
As soon as you walk in, you notice how clean the restaurant is. Bathrooms were spotless- if their bathrooms are clean, their kitchen is too. I ordered the supreme combo with Greek fries. As you can see in the photos, their portions are great. The food was heavenly. Friendly staff. I highly recommend you pay them a visit.
Tried this spot yesterday with hubbs for lunch. The person who took our order was really nice and friendly. My hubbs ordered a chicken kabob gyro- it cames with fries and a drink. Hubbs enjoyed his meal- the fries were really hot and crunchy. I ordered a chicken gyro plate- the plate had chicken, basmati rice, pita bread with hummus, and a salad. It was really good and the plate included a good variety to taste several things. The gyro plate is good for a first visit since we have not really tried this type of food. Great spot to enjoy good food!
I got the chicken gyro and it was delicious! Plus, the girl at the counter helped me walk the food to me car. I had my son in my arms and it would have been quite difficult had she not.

Love this place , the food is delicious . They have special once a week Dolma is amazing . I got their flannel cake today and it was delicious . Their rice is top quality the best I have had . This is my favourite spot now in surprise . One happy customer !!!!!! Can’t wait for the shawarma wrap to be added to the menu !!!!!!!
Did not disappoint! My first time having a Gyro. I had the Chicken Gyro plate. My gosh!! It could feed two comfortably. Get extra dressing. The vinegarette is amazing. Leaves a wonderful after taste wanting more. The chicken has great flavor. The rice...mmm mmm I love the rice too. I thought it couldn't get any better. Baklava!! I'm just really excited to know I have lunch for tomorrow. Thank you to Pita Wraps. And to the nice young lady excited with me in getting to try this amazing place. Thank you.

Seems this location changed ownership. For some reason a lot of locals are unhappy with that change. I, however, am happy! I ate here a couple of times over the years but honestly, if I was craving a gyro I’d go way out of town to get one. Because this is an area that surprise is lacking in. No place in surprise has very good Mediterranean/ Greek food.
That’s all changed now! After hearing the complaints of other I decided to give it a try. Why not. I was craving a gyro and didn’t have a whole lot of time.
So glad I didn’t listen to the nay-sayers who are afraid of change just because it’s change.
My gyro was fantastic! Just like the old days way before I ever landed in surprise. Perfectly cooked Kronos on the spit, great pita. And the best part? Their Tzatziki!! It was really, really good. Most places here it’s all dill and/ or lemon. This place uses the right combination so that it tastes just like it’s supposed to. A little less lettuce would make it better but otherwise? Fantastic!!
Amaazing food! The whole experience from start to finish is great the staff is always so friendly and kind. The food can’t get better and the prices are more than fair for the portion size. Always a great spot to get great the yummiest Mediterranean food! Wow!

This place is AMAZING! Staff was so friendly and welcoming, great clean dining room, prompt service and tasty food! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone whether you’ve tried Greek cuisine or not reasonable prices and amazing food.
I think Pita Wraps is under a new management for a little while. Anyway, it's gotten better than it was before. I ordered the combo platter and picked it up. The Kabobs (chicken and beef) were quite good, nicely seared and moist and tasty. The rice is tasty, the Greek salad is good, decent pita bread... What's not to like? I'll definitely be back.
Wonderful family restaurant. Food was great. Had a gyro, chicken salad and dolma. They have special dolmas made once or twice weekly- they are freaking awesome. I’m embarrassed, forgot what they are called but if they are available when you are there- get them!
The place is amazing great quality food and super clean. The girl at the cash register is super friendly and helpful. If you are looking to get some bites make sure you check it out!
