One of the best Jimmy John’s sandwiches I’ve ever had. Young man at the register named Tai helped me out. I asked for a # 6 with all of the free bees, and to my surprise he started offering a bunch of other options I’ve never been offered before. I ordered a Giant, and it was so good, I had to force myself to save a small sliver for tomorrow just so I could have it make my day again. Shoutout to this hardworking crew. Freaky Fast.
I love Jimmy John's! I was taken to one in Vegas by my son and always fresh and fast food! Super yummy! My fiance is now hooked, too! Thanks again for a great sandwich! 👍
Had a wrap ( unwich) Jalapeño Chicken with provolone and wow it was the bomb ! Everything was evenly distributed in each bite! Even presentation was appetizing! Thank you ! I will be back !
This was a second chance order and this time was excellent! Friendly, fast and the food was good. Everyone deserves a second chance and Im glad I ordered again.
Ordered at 6:58 food showed delivered at 7:45 had to call because it wasn't delivered. Guy instantly knew what I was calling about didn't give him my name or anything. He said the food was on the way his employee got off at 8 he sent it with him. Got the food at 8 receipt said 7:15. Called back because food was soggy and gross they made that food at 7:15 and never bothered to deliver until I called, then had the nerve to lie about it. I would have understood had they been upfront when I first called.
I would give this place 5 starts because the quality of the food has never been an issue. However, many times our food is delivered with no straws for our drinks and no napkins.
Saturday went in and Michael helped take my order, he was prompt and knowledgeable, suggesting a great option, number 9 with the hot peppers...props to Michael and the staff... great experience and of course... freakishly fast!
Love their Italian Sub.. Better signage would be great for travelers on Bell Rd. Back of building is what you see..
Went in yesterday 2/24/22 ordered #9 and #11 Girl was very sweet . I sat and waited about 10 mins saw someone come in after me take several sandwiches and leave. Apparently took my sandwiches with him when the next order that was ready was only a single sandwich.
The employees were so polite and I thought it was kind of funny.
They apologized and remade my order. The sandwiches were great. Just appreciated the nice group of young ladies working there. Place was also very clean.
Clean lobby, everything stocked, Lauren was not only kind and had impeccable customer service skills she knocked our order outta the park!! Great picnic cuts too!!!
MY ONE REAL COMPLAINT: We live 10 minutes away, but we're outside the delivery range just because we're technically in El Mirage. We would be eligible for deliveries if we lived literally across the street! It's crazy-making!
Anyway, we really like this place. We almost never have problems with take-out orders (admittedly our orders are pretty simple, with few/no extra ingredients) and the online ordering is great. We've made probably 15+ orders so far, usually 4 sandwiches per. One time, my sandwich tasted weird (I think it was the tomato?) and I couldn't eat it, but we're happy with the food every other time. It's not cheap, but it's well worth the extra cost over Subway or Quizno's.
I have read these reviews before I ordered from this store.. This is the 2nd week in a row I have ordered here. My food was delivered freaky fast and exactly as I ordered it. I had 2 Italian night club subs the 16'' imch delivered. I thought all four were perfect and I highly recommend this store. They remind me of east coast sub shops and there is no comparison!! You guys rock.
