Love this Burger King and their food. We don't have a BK close to us in New River.
I enjoy going to this location. Many people come to read and enjoy eating Whoppers. We have a lot of regulars 😊
Have we ever written a review for a fast food place? I don’t think so. Have we ever offered a tip to a fast food server? I’m sorry to say that we haven’t, but we should have.
On 10/23/2023 we visited the Crossroads Bell Road Burger King.
The multitasking worker (we learned her name was Corey), was cheerfully and efficiently taking orders for drive-thru customers while also taking care of the orders of walk-in customers. Despite how busy she was, she was smiling, patient, competent, engaging, professional.
Throughout our dinner, as we observed her with other customers, her excellent service didn’t let up. We were so impressed that as we departed we thanked her and offered her a tip. Corey is a real asset to this Burger King.
Tried this place while in the area, was greeted upon entering, was waited on immediately after the cashier finished with the customer in front of me. I ordered a Sausage Croissan'wich meal with hashbrowns and orange juice. The order was ready quickly, and was prepared very nicely and tasted awesome, the hashbrowns were hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean as were the restrooms, will return to this restaurant when in the area again.
I love my Whoppers thank you to all the staffing management awesome service especially the front lady running register and also with headset on seem to be running drive through as well and cleaning tables all while she was doing all of this she deserves a raise she was awesome thank you again Burger King for a great lunch
I just had chicken nuggets. They were good
Good service but a bit slower than other BKs I have visited since the workers tend to just stand around and talk, including the managers but they are still very kind
Just a fast stop for lunch. The staff never stopping smiling, they worked well together, cooks talking to wait staff... with a smile!
My food came out hot , fast and I was thanked for my visit, what more could you ask for.

Renewed my visits to Burger King because of an advertised special I saw as I was driving by. Actually turned around to go back about two blocks later. Whoppers and French Fries with a Blueberry ICEE! Very refreshing on a hot Summer Day! Food was freshly made. Quick service. Going again soon. I had forgotten how good the Whopper is. Of course, they have many other good sandwiches. And sides. How long has it been since you were there?
I feel like Burger King is so underrated. We ordered a delicious breakfast spread for myself, my mom and three kids. When the young woman at the counter heard that it was my youngest daughters birthday she gave her a cookie. So sweet. Very friendly, and clean. And the food was super fresh and very good. Much better that the McDonald's! Every time I go to McDonald's, I seem to have a reaction to their food. No issues at Burger King
Hi. I just want say. I lost my dad back in October. He loved this Burger King. We would come here for lunch. So today I decided to stop to have a burger and was thinking about him. And was crying and this beautiful manager came and gave me a chocolate pie and said chocolate helps everything. Thank you. I struggle every day with this. Thank you again.
Love their honey mustard sauce and they make an amazing double bacon sourdough breakfast sandwich!! Bacon is very crispy and delicious unlike other fast food places and they definitely load it up for once! Very clean lobby and quick drive thru with friendly staff. I go there frequently on my lunch break and have never had to complain about timing or messing up my order.
