I thought I doubled checked my online order, but apparently didn't. One of our pizzas ended being wrong, due to my error. They promptly replaced my pizza anyway. Thanks guys, much appreciated!!! �

What can I say?!? We had the best pizza experience at Papa John’s in Surprise AZ. Frank made us the most amazing pizza ever. Also, the shop was clean and the people were super friendly. Like they were happy we came in! Especially Lisa!! Very nice and personable. We’ve found our new pizza place!!
Decent food, respectful people, will order again. Sad to see recent negative reviews, saying that the drivers steal money from customers and the store doesn’t care. In a time when too many companies are struggling to find employees, let alone GOOD workers, as well as being in the middle of desert summertime, it’s sad that negativity is being lashed out on “service providers”.
I have ordered from this location several times in the last year or two and never had any issues with my order or the staff. Everything is well made and the staff has always been super friendly! I highly recommend this location
I've eaten here more than a few times, and I can say this is a great papa johns. I like how the manager takes care of things. The staff is great and keeps things as orderly as can be asked of them.
We ordered delivery. Lisa was our delivery driver. It's hard to be pleasant when it is so got outside but she was great and a trooper. Thank you Papa John's staff and Lisa.
Pizza is always in point here. I've had only 1 order mistake out of all the countless orders I've made since moving here, but Frank was very polite & professional & made it right. This is honestly the only local pizza shop I order from & will continue to order from here.

2nd time in a row I received great customer service. This place was rough a while back but I have been there 2 times in last month and both times the customer service was great the food was perfectly made and piping hot. This time the online order kept saying error order did not go through. But 2 orders went through by mistake, and they caught it before I did and cancelled the 2nd order and refunded me right away before even got to the store to pick up my food. I will definitely go back as long as the service is as amazing as it has been the last 2 times.
So I removed my previous review because I spoke to the general manager Frank Molina today (Tuesday) about what had happened this past Sunday. *My pizza was delivered missing almost half the cheese* He was very respectful, understanding, and offered a full refund for my order even though it was only the pizza that was damaged. Just for the professionalism alone with Frank and his team, I would consider ordering from them possibly in the future. Everyone makes mistakes but it's how we correct those mistakes that makes good experiences.
The manager helped us to order pizza for a later pick up. He was very thoughtful and when I went back to pick up the order he made sure that I had everything that I needed. Great place great service will go back again.
At first it wasn't easy to find a local pizza place. We tried so many and honestly I was surprised Papa John's was the winner. Usually we buy from mom and pop pizzarias for many reasons but this Papa John's won hands down. Always consistent, my son loves it and when I accidentally place a pick up order for delivery they don't get mad when I call to have them bring it to me 😂
