I went on a sunday morning the drive thru was really busy so I went inside. The inside was very spacious and clean with plenty of open seating. I placed my order through an employee instead of the kiosk. She was friendly and placed my order accurately. I received my food hot and fresh in a timely manner. I sat at a table in the back near a t.v. that had an NFL game on. The only thing I say could be improved is to have the fountain dispenser accessible to customers so we dont ha e to stand in line and ask for a refill.

We ordered our fish sandwiches and for the 2nd time they was burnt. Always happens on a Friday afternoon. The second time this happened, I called the store. The manager was very nice and I explained what has happened not once but twice. She told me we can come back and we can get another fish sandwich on them. We have not returned yet, but we will take them up on this. We think McDonalds has the best fish. We are not giving up on them yet. We will try one more time.

My wife ordered a meal today for all of us and brought it home about 15 minutes later. Unfortunately, we were missing a couple of items which she didn’t discover until she came home. She drove all the way back to McDonald’s to have this corrected and spoke with a manager possibly by the name of Mark who went above and beyond anything we could have asked for! It’s always a pleasure to visit restaurants that take a customer focused approach so we’ll be sure to keep this location at the top of our list here in the Surprise area. It’s a bit out of the way for us compared to the other locations but you can’t put a price on a good customer experience, especially in fast food where that can tend to be neglected.

This location is awesome, fast and friendly. I always try to go here when I want McDonald’s. The staff are all very kind and welcoming. Mobile orders are taken care of quickly and brought out to you with a smile. Definitely a better location compared to other locations I’ve been to!

I’m surprised they have such low ratings. I always get great service here, food is always fresh, they’re quick, and they’re friendly, I highly recommend.

Friendly, attentive service. For a modern McDonald's, service was fast. My oatmeal was in my hand in two minutes. Very clean, attendant in very small dining room was helpful to those needing to be seated. (I was take-away.) This are has a lot of retirees so many of the patrons, understandably, like to linger for a bit. Not unique to this McDonald's, but my oatmeal was (predictably) soup. This happens probably about 50% of the time across the entire Phoenix metropolitan area at various McDonalds. My best guess is they are adding the amount of water that is supposed to be the amount of water + cream. I timed the absorption, and documented the excess liquid after a good fifteen minutes of steeping. Part of a little project I'm starting regarding the inefficacy of feedback to a major national chain. This is a pretty solvable problem but McDonald's doesn't seem interested in addressing it. They want to know which location did it wrong but they don't seem to understand that all of the locations do. Clearly, this is a training issue going all the way back to the training department which clearly has not made an easy-to-follow easily understandable quick reference guide to do what is essentially a pretty simple task properly. At this particular location, because of the approachable demeanor of staff, I'm quite sure I could have had them remake this with no trouble but I wanted to actually document the problem.

$2.19 for a hasbrown? McDonald is pricing themselves out of existence. Have fun with that. It’s cheaper to go to the “nice” fast food or even Red Robin.
