We had a great experience here. The kindest, most patient young man waited on my daughter last night. She's 11 and although she is very mature and responsible for her age, she's never made an unaccompanied in-person Subway order before. I was waiting on the car with her sick brother and sent her in with a list. She told me how this gentleman was so nice and helpful. She had an issue with our card and he also helped her figure it out. I hope his boss sees this review so he gets the recognition that he deserves!
So I don’t go out to eat anymore cuz the service just sucks and nobody cares what that r doing.. I eat a lot of subway and expect them to put love into it like it was there own sandwich.. him for the last couple years of my subway experiences have been not so good but the other day I came here and there were two gentlemen or the absolute best guy make sure none of my steak fell off the sandwich .. that’s important. Anyways I hope the subway keeps it up because that service goes a long way thank you guys for the good experience can’t wait to go back
I had previously had bad experiences at this location but I ended up going back and it’s way better now. Staff was friendly enough and my sandwich tasted like subway.
Update:
I hope the kid working there today is getting paid 3x the normal subway worker since he was doing the work of 3 employees. The place was full and he was taking care of everyone on his own. I ordered online and although it took way longer to make than estimated the fact that I even got my sandwiches is impressive. Hire more employees subway.
My husband and I have come here twice now since moving to Surprise and everytime we have never been to a Subway that makes better sandwiches! But the people behind the sandwiches is who I’m here to talk about Mike is AMAZING and he truly wants to make customers happy! He’s always smiling and willing to share a laugh with you.

I love this subway. I have been coming here since open. It’s always clean and the staff are very welcoming. I feel like people complaining during this virus when they are working with less people than usual and things being crazy are just mean and have not worked in a restaurant.
I come here at least 3 times a week and have never had an issue. I will continue to come here and give them my business
Let me put you on… Spicy Italian sub 12” italian herbs and cheese bread, salami, pepperoni, Swiss cheese (heated ofc), hella spinach, red onions, cucumbers If u feelin boujee yadadimean, honey mustard nd that’s it. Also the double chocolate cookie goated.
The food here is amazing, these employees defiantly know how much to make a sub, everything is fresh and amazing. Plus they know how to give a good amount of veggies. In surprise alone this subway is the best. Everything looks clean in the store. The employees are all well kept and great at greeting you when you walk into the door. They love to have conversations with you and keep you wanting more. I defiantly recommend this subway out of every subway in surprise.
My experience at this particular subway was grand! My daughter has a major food allergies and the staff had no problem switching, gloves, or getting a new knife. They were very friendly and didn't mind so much that I am a picky person! Fast and friendly. The store was very clean and neat.
THIS SUBWAY IS OPEN FROM 8am -9 pm on Sunday's. Not sure why this says closed.... But anyways, This subway is the best subway I have ever been too and I am a traveler . I have been to over 40 states and three countries and the staff at this subway have given me the best experience . The food was fresh , the veggies were nice a crisp and the bread was soft like a pillow . Can I get a piece to lay on for my next plane ride ? The staff was so nice and you can tell customer service is their top priority. The cleanliness was over the top as well. Great customer service, awesome food, and a clean store? I'll be back for sure . Thanks for a great experience guys !
