Drove to the Ham Shop from Hampton to try out ham sandwiches. Imagine our disappointment that we would go to a ham shop that had no ham and a sandwich maker that tried to get us to get a turkey sandwich I stated I can get turkey anywhere she told me I can get ham anywhere also. I think that’s pretty
Honestly, the meats and almost all the merchandise was expensive. We ordered sandwiches. I had asked for lettuce and tomato. I had one little thinly sliced tomato and a wet small piece of lettuce. The meat, turkey and ham was so skimpy. Won't be returning.
Great customer service. Loaded up on hams, sausage. Had a Virginia classic sandwich of thin sliced Edwards country ham and turkey with Swiss cheese along with some Route 11 potato chips (another Virginia product)
Got a great ham sandwich and some ham salad to go. Not cheap but very tasty.
I have been eating Edwards Smoked Sausages for years. When I discovered I could order them on line, I was thrilled.
They are absolutely THE best!!!
Great sandwiches for lunch as you travel the peninsula.
Edwards tops the mark for true Virginia country hams. Slice the rich meat '"as thin as a bee's wing" to get the maximum flavor. It is meant to be enjoyed sparingly. A petite ham will make a lot (80-100) ham biscuits, or serve a family very well for holidays. Excellent, friendly customer service.
Super nice staff, beautiful local meats and products. A little expensive
