We ordered 7 layer burrito…yea we got it only it was 7 layers of AIR!! We or power bowl and container was only 1/4 full of food I can’t believe paying $7 and they have to skimp on rice 🙄🙄 terrible portions every time we order it feels like we paid $$ to get tortillas with dab of sauce 😬
The employees are all sweet and hard working. Especially Xavier. He always makes me smile. Although, once I walked outside their door and there was a dead crow in front of it. But they assured me they would give it a proper burial.
Went at 9:30pm, ordered online, got to drive through and was told they were “temporarily closed” which I know means she was simply too lazy to make my food. Left with nothing and had to cancel the order online. Over 3 hours til they actually close and they can’t be bothered to make the food I alread
Very bad service at this location. They seems to always be out of menu items at this location and it always takes way longer than it should to get your food. I'm not proud of this but I love taco bell and visit them often and the last time I went to this location what sounded like a very young boy
Was on drive thru ready to order when a young girl's voice said, " We are not taking any orders right now". This happened @ noon Sunday 5/22/22. The owner needs to put a stop to this non-sense behavior & poor customer service.
Lazy worthless employees that don’t want to work. Lights are on employees are there doors are unlocked kiosks self service kiosk is turned on. I walk in start placing an order at the self service and some vial person yells at me, “ we not open!” Why are your doors unlocked and everything on and w
Very unreliable indoor dining. Many times I’ve gone here and the lobby was locked with a sign on the door saying the lobby is closed. Today 6/20/22 9:30 pm it was locked with no sign up. Just locked. What a waste of time.
Always great for a quick bite. They were quite busy and although there was a longer wait than usual, my order was correct and served with a smile. Please remember that all restaurants are struggling with worker shortage. Instead of getting angry, how about saying, thank you!
