Great food, amazing service, and such a great atmosphere. Sandi was our server and was warm welcoming and a pleasure to have dinner with. She was so quick with my family’s multiple requested, butter, lemon, more drinks! 😅 Loved that it was close to the water and we could walk the town and one way streets. Parking was easier than some other areas around. It was easy to find and get out of. Steak fries were great option, and coconut shrimp with their sauce is out of this world great! Sandi made the recommendation on the crab dip and coconut shrimp and I was not disappointed.
The food was top notch. OMG I had the crab cake benedict, best I ever had. My daughter had the Captain Charlie omelette, best seafood omelette I ever tasted. Thanks to the chef Shaggy. Only thing I couldn't stand was these 2 flies that kept circling us, but it's not their fault people kept holding the door open. But I will be back again and again.
We enjoyed the shrimp nachos and pimento cheese dip as appetizers.
Along with this we also had a Salty Turtle IPA and spicy Bloody Mary.
Quite tasty and nice.
For entrees we were treated with a Black Bean burger and Fried shrimp and flounder platter.
Delicious!
We were full and satisfied!
I went on Saturday around 11 am, and when I arrived I immediately felt the lack of staff. We waited a long time to be assigned a table and then more time to see the menu and ordered. Even that our waitress was super kind and efficient and she and the flavor of our food changed our experience in the place. We ordered the Florentine Benedicts w home fries, the Philly Omelet w steak fries and coffee w biscuits! Everything was delicious! If you are in Swansboro is the place to have breakfast, it worths the waiting
In from Ohio. Met family for dinner and couldn't have asked for a more welcoming place. Food was excellent and great portions and reasonably priced. Best Shrimp and Grits in a long time.
Excellent service and food! You can look out over the water while you enjoy a delicious fresh meal. The strawberry margarita was perfectly made. The claim chowder is the best I've had on the east coast. Highly recommend this place. Well worth the visit and I will be returning often.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Swansboro Food & Beverage Co., and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and attentive staff that made me feel right at home.
The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the amazing fried chicken biscuits. They were absolutely delicious, with perfectly crispy chicken and fluffy biscuits that melted in my mouth. Each bite was a flavor explosion, and I couldn’t help but savor every moment.
What truly sets Swansboro Food & Beverage Co. apart, however, is the impeccable service provided by the staff. They were not only attentive and efficient but also displayed genuine warmth and friendliness. It’s rare to find a place where the staff goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction, and Swansboro Food & Beverage Co. certainly excels in this aspect.
The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and inviting, creating a comfortable environment for a great meal. The menu offers a variety of options to cater to different tastes, but I highly recommend trying their fried chicken biscuits.
Overall, my experience at Swansboro Food & Beverage Co. was exceptional. The friendly and attentive staff, combined with the mouthwatering fried chicken biscuits, made for a memorable dining experience. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, I highly recommend paying a visit to this gem of a restaurant. You won’t be disappointed!
A fantastic little spot! We sat at the bar & Eli was great. He has that "behind the bar" personality that we enjoy. We ordered the local beer on tap, always a plus in our book. And these fried oysters were perfect. Lightly breaded, not too much batter, and the temperature was *chef's kiss.*
Well rounded menu for the area. Could easily become one of our regular go to places.
Almost walked out due to it taking 10 minutes to get our menu (I was July 3rd and I’m assuming short staffed), I’m glad we didn’t. We opted for the Crab Cake Benedict and Country Fried Steak. The hollandaise sauce was so creamy and fully of flavor. The gravy on the country fried steak was full of sausage and flavor. 10/10 will be coming back.
My husband and I had breakfast today. The service was great! Quick and helpful. We had breakfast tacos and grits. Everything was delicious. The eggs in the tacos were a bit off putting because they were grey. My guess is that The black beans were heated by mixing with eggs and this made them grey. They still tasted really good but it was best not to look at what you were eating. You can have a nice view of the water while you dine!
