The staff always seem like you are an inconvenience to them. Order is messed up a lot. I received a large fry the other day that had less than half the thing full. And one girl likes to argue when you ask for well done chicken telling me it's done enough.
New manager was very helpful..couldn't get bk app right for 3 dollar whopper wed special.the mgr looked at me and said" no problem,how many do you want"now that is customer service!

This restaurant is not in the best condition. The closer on the men's room door was broken, therefore detached from the door, meaning it slammed open and closed. There was not a clean table in the place. I ordered a whopper with extra cheese and got a double cheeseburger which had nothing but meat,

Was on my way home from dog sitting and it was the first time going to this Burger King location. They got our order right, pretty fast service, and it was delicious.
I don’t know what is wrong with the fast food in this area, makes no sense on the drive thru’s. They will not let a car order intil the person at the window gives out the food. 3 cars in the drive they expect to wait 20 minutes.
