Visited this place on a few occasions and even stopped by this morning to get a box for Easter dessert(as well as a couple for breakfast! lol); each time has always been great and never a disappointment! Love all the creative toppings with Boom Boom Berry being one of my favorites. The donuts are fresh, warm, delicious, and worth every penny! A great place. :)
First time going into the shop was yesterday - Mother's Day. I've had your donuts at other local venues and found them amazingly delicious. I just have to say, even with all the bells and whistles on your donuts, they are extremely tasty, surprisingly light and delightful. My husband, daughter and I got to your shop around 9, experienced wonderful service and a friendly atmosphere (music was on point!). Thank you all for allowing me and my family a way to start off our 2018 Mother's Day. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to us, the customer and consumer. I look forward to the next time I stop in.
I picked up two dozen donuts for a family Mother's Day brunch. They were a hit. We cut them all in half so everyone could try different flavors. Every donut was delicious. The owner was on premises and thanking customers. I love the atmosphere of the shop!

We made the 2 hour trip on mother's day after seeing the donuts a friend posted. Needless to say the donuts were well worth the 2 hour drive and 20 minute wait!!! The donuts themselves were delicious and the toppings didnt take away from them, some of our donuts were still even warm. It made the perfect mother's day! Thank you!!!

Finally made it over to try this hot spot in downtown Syracuse and it was fabulous!! DELICIOUS donuts, super friendly staff, and a very fun atmosphere! We will definitely be coming again!

We stopped into Glazed & confused donuts on a road trip that took us through Syracuse.
This cute little shop is located in the downtown core and is a very vibrant and fun shop. The décor is a retro 50s style with lots of sputnik lamps, and space design.
They have a lot of fun and unique flavours.
We got cereal, Nutella, and a few other fun flavours.
They offer a number hot & cold beverages.
The donuts were very tasty and fresh.
The servers were very friendly, engaging and patient.
The shop is located just steps away from a downtown core where there was a morning market in the canal, surrounded by huge historic beautiful buildings.
We try to go out this way semi-frequently. We've never had a flavor we didn't like and the base donut is literally mouth-watering by itself. We've managed to go to a couple of fill-it Fridays and the donuts have always been absolutely smashingly good. The kids and my husband and I are huge fans! We devour these donuts with delight every time we get them!

We absolutely love Paul and the Glazed Crew! They helped cater our dessert table for our wedding in 2018 and did an incredible job; our guests loved the donuts! Their delicious donuts and positive vibes always make our weekends a little brighter. Fill-it-Fridays are fun to look forward to - the cannoli stuffed donut is our absolute favorite. But we love trying all their creations! Glazed is a must-try if you’re near the Syracuse area! And if not, make the trip!

Some special edition ones result in long lines. I would like to see a more streamlined online ordering process. I have to HT for the kid designed business concept, so no lost star for those weaknesses.
While on my trip to Syracuse my family found this cool looking doughnut shop the vibe was very funky and fun loved all the decor!! 🍩
We got 1 of every single donut and they were all delicious, our favorites were The Buckeye, Cereal Killer, and The Elvis such fun flavors that tasted amazing also the price was pretty good $20 for a dozen assorted doughnuts <3

Quick and consistent wins every morning I come here to order a dozen. Please be kind to both the people behind the counter and waiting behind you and have your order set BEFORE you get in line. Waiting 20 minutes to have you settle on a gluten free anti-donut does not win you any friends.
Their donuts are always fresh and so tasty!! The strawberry shortcake one is my favorite! We recently did a large, special order for school staff as a welcome back to school treat. G&C was so easy to work with and individually packaged each donut for us! The staff loved it!! Thank you so much ❤️

Staff was so friendly and the location is fun on the inside. There was even outdoor seating! There are a few delicious flavors. The donuts are okay but seemed a little soggy or not fresh. Can be difficult to park.
The yeasted donut here was excellent! We loved everything about the snickers flavor. Didn’t love the classic cake donut as much. The shop has a cute vibe and good, fast service!

It was so convinient to order from Grubhub and they delivered it right on time. You may have to order a day ahead because they are usually closed after 1p.m. People have happily waited for hours in the line to get their Donuts. I ordered a dozen of confused donuts. It's superb.
