Probably the best pizza I've ever eaten! Great atmosphere - there was a real buzz in the restaurant which was full. No table available but able to accommodate us at the pizza bar (great idea!). Mona, our waitress, was very helpful and helped us choose. The owner stopped for a chat - nice touch! Recommend the 'Calabrian' but son's 'Apizza' was great too! Yet again Trip Advisor comes up trumps.

I have to say I'm a snob when it comes to pizza and this place was one of the best Ive ever had. Caught them on a city wide promotion night, packed restaurant, and still was in and out within 30 min. Hats off the staff, chefs chat with you while sitting at the pizza bar. Will be back for more! Keep it up! J

Not only was the food absolutely amazing! But the staff and the owner were so friendly and outstanding. I definitely recommend this place to everyone and will be going back ASAP!

Not only is the environment amazing, the staff are too! They accommodated our vegan diet without even blinking. The best part was that the food was INCREDIBLE! Thank you for offering diversity on your menu �

I had the Cavoletti ( Brussels sprouts, cipollini, pancetta, pomegranate grana, with mustard glaze)and their olive and cheese plate.... wonderful! Along with the cocktail “The Fizzled Dilemma (Anejo tequila infused with spices, prosecco and fresh lemon) All delicious!!

Soooo delicious!!! Have been there 3 times in the last 3 months. Consistently amazing every time! Met the owner tonight Paul Messina. Really nice man, very humble and down to earth. Love that he was going around asking people about their meals. Felt like he really cares. Delicious Utica Nod pizza! Yum!!!😊😍

To die for. I had the olives & cheese, antipasti and the Salsiccia pizza 🤤. Everything was delicious and service was great! Can’t wait to go again.

Absolutely scrumptious food (had the meatball and Calabrian pizzas...yum)! The olive oil cake was delish! Highly recommend Apizza Regionale! Can't wait to go back! :-)

Came back home to Syracuse and tried Apizza Regionale for the first time. Blown away by the place! Beautiful decor, two excellent bartenders, and the pizzas we got were outstanding. I got the Calabrian pizza and loved the chili-infused honey in the sauce - it gave the pie a unique sweetness. Perfect with a big glass of red wine!

My hub and I have fallen in love with Apizza. Literally dream about the pizza and the Hero Italiano sandwich. We live in Rome and think nothing of driving an hour 4 their food!!

I ordered a bottle of wine, my husband said why not, it’s our anniversary. The waitress brought a delicious dessert and proseco with the check. Very sweet, food is amazing and great service.

First time here and it won't be the last! The pizza was exceptional. You can really taste how fresh the ingredients are and it's all from regions in NYS! The service was quick, the atmosphere comfortable but a little on the cramped side. My only true complaint was the unsweetened iced tea. It was not brewed, it tasted more like Nestea from a fountain machine.

What a wonderful restaurant! If you want delicious pizza, look no further! We ordered the Meatball pizza and Calabrian pizza and they were SO good - perfect delicious crust, sauce and toppings, all sourced within New York. It was pretty busy when we went on a Sunday evening but it wasn’t hard to get a seat at the pizza bar.

Beautiful atmosphere, good pizza, nice location. Arancini is delicious, but small. Pizza dough is tasty. Tried the Salsiccia (sausage) pizza and added meatball to it. It was delicious. Tried the Rucolo and I didn’t like it very much. No sauce, and fontina cheese flavour is strong (like provolone). If you’re not a fan of Parmesan, make sure you tell them so they don’t add it to your pizza. I found the flavour to be a bit too strong. Service was very friendly, but at the same time very slow. It took 20 min to get the appetizer. Then another 25 min to get the pizzas. Overall I liked this place, and I’m sure the patio in the summer will be beautiful.

Fantastic pizza using local ingredients. The space is clean and the menu is not expansive, which we appreciated. Our order of Apizza pizza was airy, lightly cheesy and not your typical NY pizza. The crusts were a bit too burnt for our liking, which prevented us from enjoying them. Great upscale pizza option in Syracuse!

We scoped out Apizza Regionale for our visit to Syracuse. We waited quite a bit for a table, watching some others seated who arrived after us, so not sure the methodology. Outside of that hiccup, everything was amazing - pizza, salad, arancini, dessert and service. Everything tastes so fresh. The arancini tasted like a meatball, in a good way. The Calabria and rucolo pizzas are must gets. They need to start selling their t-shirts!

This place is one of my favorite go to restaurants. I got the vegan apizza with mushrooms and it was delicious. I also had an amazing mocktail as well. Justin the bartender was very kind and efficient. I will be back again soon!

Most of the food and drinks were amazing, but one of the pizza's we had gotten (Rucolo) had too much greens on top of it. It was like having a bitter salad on top of the pizza. The pizza itself had amazing crust and consistency but I had yo take off about 75% of the greens.

Sometimes overlooked in the discussion of best restaurants in Syracuse, Apizza delivers a FANTASTIC dining experience. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate. The service is always top notch. The food consists of locally sourced artisan choices, handmade on site. The only criticism would be the wait times, which only shows how popular this place is. Besides, the bar is awesome (thank you Justin) so the wait goes by fast. Overall, Apizza is one of Syracuse's best choices for a total dining experience. Highly recommend.

Apizza is quickly becoming my favorite restaurant in Syracuse. Although, I would add, my first visit was a 3.5. In fairness to the restaurant, it was an exceptionally busy night and not only did my pizza take a long time, but it was burnt in several places. However, I loved the vibe and the bartenders were super helpful and attentive, so it did not dissuade me from trying it again. AND I am SOOOO glad I did. I introduced my sister to the restaurant (she's a big foodie and has dined at several Michelin-starred restaurants around the world) and she loved it - so kudos to the team at Apizza. I also found that it is a great place to go before a Syracuse Crunch game. They change their menu seasonally (as you'll notice with my pics) and have different specials. My go to Pizza is the APIZZA Pizza with Arugula. Helpful Hint: Ask for the Calabrian Chile Oil - it's a great add to any pizza.

Such a cozy place with delicious pizzas! We had Apizza and Rucolo and both were great. I liked Apizza better though, minimalistic yet super tasty! I loved the atmosphere! They have this cute black board where they point on the map where each product is sourced from. And it's amazing to see they are working with so many local producers.

We have been several times and it never disappoints. It is one of our favorite restaurants. Monica has been our waitress every time and she is wonderful and makes us feel welcome. Justin at the bar is knowledgeable and passionate and fun to talk to. The pizza is the best I’ve had in Syracuse and the drinks are always perfect.

First, let me say that the food here is delicious! I had the salsiccia pizza, and it was excellent. It all tasted very fresh. All of the toppings worked well together. They also have beers from NY breweries on the tap, and they do not waste taps on massed produced beers. The interior of the restaurant is very nice, and it creates a nice vibe to the place, there are no TVs, and it has an above your average restaurant feel. My biggest problem was the size of the pizza. It was pretty small, and for $18, you can get a much larger pizza elsewhere. I would have had no problem paying more for a larger pizza, but that was not an option. So I did leave hungry after finishing my pizza, and I went home and ate more. The service was nice and the food was good, but I cannot make it a normal place for pizza due to the size!

This place was awesome! The size of the restaurant made it feel like home. The staff were super friendly and amazing. The food was so good too. The wood fire pizza was amazing and the chicken Parm was eaten as soon as it hit the table! My kids loved it there too. Our waitress was so awesome with my kids. Even being as busy as she was she always stopped by to talk to my kids and make their experience that much better. Will def be going back again when in town!

1/26/23: Classic, New York style pizza joint! Friendly staff, historical decor, delicious pizza and clean bathrooms. Very limited seating and filled with locals.
