Hafner's Restaurant & Tavern - Syracuse - Photo album

Me and some coworkers decided this was our top pick for lunch. It didn't disappoint. The wings were really good and my favorite, sweet potatoe fries were served crispy and perfect. I couldn't dip them in syrup, but the presentation was nice. We'll be back.
A bit on the pricier side but you get what you pay for. The staff and food is always great. The chicken noodle soup and Greek salad is my favorite. I have also tried the beef on weck here and It was also very good. The outdoor dining patio is beautiful and relaxing.
My sister and I went for dinner, and we chose Hafner's. Business was brisk, and the hostess seated us quickly. Our waitress, Dalanie, was friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. My sister ordered the soup of the day - a hamburg/vegetable soup in a beef broth and the Chicken Taft. I ordere
Really enjoyed this place! Our waitress was great, and the food was fantastic! Highly recommended checking this place out if you haven’t already, or traveling through the area!
There was a 20 minute wait for lunch on a Saturday. The friendly hostess was extremely overwhelmed with phone calls, gift cards, and managing hostess duties. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. We ordered burgers and fries, which tasted great. The burgers were thin, which made it impossi
Nice place to sit and eat. You must be patient for the food to come out and enjoy the conversation.
Nice local spot with good food and a good atmosphere. People and bartenders are friendly. Tonight for the mn football game they had .50 wings. Tough to beat!!! Good flavors, good sized wings.
Tremendous food and staff. It's also a fan favorite when just stopping in for a quick drink. I enjoy dining in but the food is also just as good to go. This last time I got to enjoy the outdoor seating while also trying some craft beers. The beef on a wyck were great.
Chicken and biscuits were very good, The mashed potatoes were definitely homemade because there were a lot of lumps (more than I appreciate). My husband had the Rigatoni with vodka sauce dish and grilled chicken. It had a very good flavor and was a good-sized portion. The cost of our meals was a l
Three of us attended dinner at this location after looking for a nice place to eat in late July. We were seated immediately and our server, Kayla, came right over and introduced herself. We ordered drinks, apps and our meals after Kayla made some suggestions. I ordered Chicken Parmigiana and it w
Great service and experience! They have a variety of beers on tap and lots of classic foods. The server was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend going with family and/or friends. The outdoor dining space is great for the summer, too. They have gluten free burger buns, and the fries are glute
We tried several other establishments in the area to accommodate our work group of approximately 20 - 25 for a retirement/happy hour and they all declined...EXCEPT Jake Hafner's! They were more than happy to rearrange some of their tables for us and we couldn't have asked for a better venue. The sta
Food was great. We had the pull apart french onion bread. Really good! Garlic fries were good also. I believe the bartender was Dave, he was great. I would definitely go back.
This is a cozy dark restaurant with a lot of exposed wood. The split into two sections the standard seating area and a bar. The service was good and attentive without being overbearing. The food has always been top notch.
First time definitely not our last! Food was amazing. The Lobster Mac & cheese just melted in my mouth. A rare restaurant that actually takes reservations, we didn’t make one but got seated on the bar side right away and our waitress was very nice. Highly recommend eating here!
