This is a nice Bakery on the south side of Syracuse. They have many delicious items for sale! They even have a small lunch menu! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
I visited this business back in June 2023 during my 4 day visit to Syracuse. I can still remember how much I enjoyed this business.

I really hate to rate the food 4 stars. I have had various items from the dessert menu and all were top notch until this last one. The Key Lime pie. The crust was terrible. YUMMY. the biscotti was tasty and they had a nice variety. EXCEPT FOR . Our tarte pastry.. It had mold on the strawberry. And was flabby. Sad about that. OTHERWISE GOOD.
This bakery/cafe has a very nostalgic and cozy feel to it.
A great place to grab a sandwich and dessert and cozy up with a great book.
Not to mention the baked goods are simply delicious!
Everything I've ever ordered from Biscotti's has always been simply delicious! They also have great staff.

We had our first chocolate moose cake 🍰 for the first time and it was delicious. We also had some chocolate cookies - menu had a lot of stuff to look and prices were reasonable.
Service was quick, ambiance was perfect to get in love with and specially that piano sitting back there.

Biscotti pastry shop is the absolute best. It is awesome! The cakes are amazing. The pastries and offerings are abundant, however they are a little slow and not very organized. I ordered this cake in advance and holy CRUD IT’S BIG!! Because I caught Covid I had to have my dad pick it up and the staff was very accommodating, fast phone responses, and this smells DELICIOUS! They absolutely nailed my concept as well! I shall be enjoying this cake for several days to come 😝
Very helpful and friendly staff, and delicious cheesecake. I recommend the lemon ginger, balanced flavors and not too overwhelming or rich. Love the jazz music and decoration.
