I love its value duet, which is a combo of soup, half sandwich and additional option (able to choose among baguette, chips, or apple). Coffee was okay too!
Panera is a great place to get quality food consistently at any Panera. What this Panera brings to the table is the location. It is in the 2nd largest mall in the United States.
There is always free parking. You can always walk off the meal in the mall. The people watching is great.
It is located at the old main entrance by the carousel. The food court of the mall is on a different level.
Everything is always good. It's better than fast food. But the prices are starting to get out of control. You're almost better off going to a sit down restaurant if you have time.
Cozy branch of Panera inside the mall, has a fireplace, standard Panera fare, convenient quick stop for food. Table service and delivery.
Little pricey.
Love the butternut squash soup.
All and all a good choice for a couple.

Good food friendly staff quick service
Brought a mixed group of 13 kids and adults and were pleasantly surprised by the speed and accuracy of service. For that group we used the kiosks (typically wouldn't) and it worked out. Panera food is pretty consistently good and this experience was no exception.
Fast and accurate for pick-up orders. Cafe is always clean and staff is generally pleasant to interact with. Management seems on top of things!
The cheddar broccoli soup was awesome and Katrece was a pleasant, welcoming cashier! Super knowledgeable of the menu, gave great recommendations and provided A+ customer service! ❤️
A Newly Discovered Breakfast Option
I was here for lunch several years ago, but I found that ordering was quite difficult, due to my strict diet. Fast forward to today and ordering was a easy as pie (ha! I don't eat pie). The kiosk ordering was not working well, so I had to order from a human. This gentleman was extremely friendly and I was there early, at opening time. I had the oatmeal, which was great; pecans, strawberries, and brown sugar was not the healthiest, but it sure was tasty, I'll order it again. Hmm, medical appointment Monday morning, so I'll check out the lunch menu.......
Panera makes some delicious food and drinks. For me it's the pastries but it's an indulgence I don't take often. They make some incredible drinks too. Fast friendly service with a smile. What more can you ask. Great job.
Solid food even during these trying times. Interesting location next to the mall entrance. I suspect it will be a good view of the stranger characters the mall can bring in. But the seating is great and the staff attentive. Outside starting with privacy walls available and curbside ready for pickup. Worth the visit
It's basically just a Panera. If you've been there, you know whether you'll like it or not. If you've never been to one of the stores in the chain, the bottom line is it's soup and sandwiches. Pretty good soup and sandwiches, but really the only thing to "review" here is the service and location. In both cases at the Carousel/Destiny store, those are good, but not great. The staff is generally hustling so much because it's busy that they haven't got time to engage with customers, and the physical shop itself is kind of oddly laid out, leaving you with a claustrophobic feeling even though there's actually quite a lot of floor space.
The steak Panini was so delicious. I tried to save half of my sandwich for dinner but it was so good I wanted to eating it for lunch. The only thing is I wish that they serve their squash soup all year long instead of during certain seasons. I really miss it. I'm sure I'm not the only one. also what I really enjoyed was my smoothie. I'll be sure to let them know next time to leave out the milk because I enjoy more of the flavor instead of the cream. I have yet to have a bad experience at panera. The food and the cashiers are always great.
This location has a great variety of food for all times of the day. Being that this is a mall location it provides a great alternative from the usual food joints you'd see in the mall food court. Panera offers a lot of healthier options with sandwiches and salads that are better for you than a greasy pizza or burger. The customer service here is fantastic every time I go. The location offers sit down eating or take out. If you opt for the sit down option, they will bring the food out to your table making it easier for you as a customer to feel more welcome and at home. You can use the mobile pay options from your smartphone or avoid the line by using the fast lane kiosk as well. Great food and a very convenient location. The only drawback is that when the mall is busy, it can be a bit of a wait to order and get food.
Me and my girlfriend made Panera one of our regular stops to eat. We go maybe once every week or so, sometimes more if there's an event in Pokemon Go which gives a big incentive to walk the mall and window shop. Panera has great food (the Mac and Cheese!) at cheap prices compared to many of the dine in places at the Mall. We went here today and saw the same cashier we had been served by at least a week ago and were pleasantly surprised to have her remember our faces. It felt nice to be recognized and feel like a valued customer. I wish I knew her name so I could thank her publicly for the great service!
I was in Florida and needed a breakfast tray sent early before calling hours for a funeral. Joe and Tammy went above and beyond to get it there before the family left that morning. They didn’t disappoint!! During Covid and these difficult time’s, they gave selflessly. God bless these two.
