I love their food but their service leaves a lot to be to be desired. I really wish they'd be friendly to customers. You are often meant to feel unwelcome by the staff.
They deliver to my work by bicycle in less than 14 minutes every time I order. That's incredible! Rain, snow, sleet or hail they show up without fail. I wish I could tailor my sandwiches a little bit more but I'm sure If everybody did that the speedy delivery time would be delayed. They also have

Every time I've gotten food there, it was prepared how I wanted it in under a minute and tasted delicious. Their prices are competitive for Marshall St., so if you want a sandwich but not a wait
We hadn't been to SU Hill in forever ! We were exhausted from the hospital for a couple days and took a walk and found this gem. The staff was so nice , quick to help and explain sandwiches and options and made us feel right at home. It was a nice visit and pretty yummy food!
I love Jimmy John's. There subs are amazing and I love them so much. However their prices are a bit expensive I could buy 2 subs at subway for the price of theirs. But their subs are still amazingly awesome and will buy from them again
I enjoyed Jimmy John's very much I didn't even know they were in upstate New York cuz I'm from Florida and I love that the one I go to has a drive-thru right now with everything going on food's delicious rolls delicious have no complaints well I wish they'd offer more different types of cheese
I am a big fan of JJ subs. They are good, they are polite, and on a bike deliver in under 10 minutes every time! Furthermore, i recently started a NSNG diet, and thought the JJ was no longer an option. Turns out they have an unwhich, and it tastes great!! (Lettuce in place of bread)
Jimmy John's is good. I get sandwiches there and sometimes I get a cookie too if Im super hungry. The cookies aren't that good though. I like the sandwiches because they are tasty and yummy. I eat the sandwiches a lot when I want to eat them usually when I want food.

So happy this next to the hospital and they deliver fast, food was good we ordered 2 subs, 2 pickles and 2 cookies for 28, not bad and we never had to leave the hospital!!!!
Best subs around! The bread is so fresh and soft. Ingredients are so fresh! Friendly service!
I love that they stay open until 3am. Parking sucks since it's on a tiny one way street but it's not a deal breaker.
