Habiba’s - Syracuse - Photo album

A very nice Ethiopian restaurant in Syracuse. We got veg and chicken platters that allowed us to try a lot of different items on the menu. Very good food & ample of seating space. Reasonably priced as well.
I've wanted to try Ethiopian food for a while now. While staying in downtown Syracuse on business, I saw that Habiba's was closeby so I decided to give it a try. Street parking along the main road was easy. There are tons od active parking meters in effect until 6pm. After that, parking there is fr
Delicious! Had the vegetarian selection platter and it was huge and very filling. Mango smoothie very tasty as well. Good value for money!
One of my favorite places! My friends and i love coming here especially for their injera bread and some combo plates. We'll never get tired of the food here. Superb!
Delicious food. Chicken a little dry but great flavors and spices. Always a fan of Ethiopian food
LOVE Habiba’s! I first had their food back in 2020 at their old location (loved it then too), so I wanted to check out their new location at the Salt City Market. Wow—just as good as I remember! I got the Yebere Beyaynetu (2 beef dishes and 3 vegetarian) with chef’s choice. Everything was delicious
One of the best Ethiopian food I’ve ever had!!! Great flavors, friendly ambiance!! Cozy place!! This place has been our regular visit when in Syracuse!! I would say, food made with love, feels like home considering the similarity this cuisine has with our traditional Indian cuisine!! The service h
Delicious- what talent! We got the chicken and beef sampler platters...both amazing. She makes the injera on site in what looks like a tiny kitchen...so impressive! If we lived in Syracuse we would probably eat here weekly. Or more often!
Habiba’s Ethiopian Kitchen opening day in Salt City Market. I have been meaning to try this place ever since I heard about their opening and was blown away by the quality and the flavors of each of the selections. Each bite that was taken was full of balance with earthy, spicy bliss. The food is ful
Had Injera. Worth it. Its fills your stomach and is very tasty. The food is halal. Its an entrepreneurial local business. The ambience is really nice. The hub is very close so you can travel and go to Salt City Market and eat at this place alone or with family and friends

Habiba’s is incredible: the food is delicious, and it comes with an infectious smile that consistently brightens our day. We heart the beef tibs and veggie dishes.
My housemates and I ordered Habiba's to be picked up for dinner. Habiba's has a beautiful website and makes it very easy to look at the menu and contact them. I called ahead to ask questions, to which they answered and explained everything very thoroughly. I was going to email in my order, but it se
This was my first time trying Ethiopian food. It was so flavorful and filling and I absolutely enjoyed the experience. I was just visiting and I can't wait to explore some of the Ethiopian food near me. I love the blend of spices and flavors. I love to cook but would never attempt to cook this as I
Finally we have delicious Ethiopian food in Syracuse! Came in the afternoon and we were in and out in 30min. Food was great, injera is perfect, the mango drinks were amazing. They even accommodated a request off the menu. Very fair price. Will come back often!
Four of us shared the all beef and four vegetarian platter (pictured below) and some of us tried the delicious sambusas. Great food, friendly service. Can’t wait to go again!
This is a great spot. I was greeted with a smile by the owner the second I walked in. The food was deliciously spicy and came out fast. This was my first time eating Ethiopian food, but it will definitely not be my last.
Moving to Syracuse as a vegetarian has been a little rough, but Habiba's has so many delicious vegetarian options. The Shiro Wot is incredible. The customer service was also great. They are very kind.
