Chorong House Restaurant - Syracuse - Photo album

Edit (10/2023): I finally made it back to Chorong House and it’s still really good. It makes me regret not making the effort to come back sooner. The woman who runs the restaurant is still one of the kindest people I’ve met at any place I’ve eaten. The menu has also been updated since the last time
The food was excellent and so was the service. I am staying from out of town and walked down the road to this place. It was well worth the short walk from my hotel. I highly recommend this place. Such amazing Korean food!
This is one of my favorite restaurants ever. I live an hour away and it is worth the drive. The environment is humble, but the food is absolutely delicious! On top of that, Chorong (the woman running the restaurant) is incredibly sweet and fun!
Friendly, homely and wonderful host. The food was excellent and definitely went well with Ms. Chorong kindness. Will be going back there for more... all tye dishes were heavenly. I felt like all the K-drama food scenes melting in my mouth.
My 5th visit ! Personally, this is the best Korean restaurant in Syracuse. It is pretty much the same as eating in Korea. I would recommend to those who want to try Korean food for the first time.
Incredible taste, good sized portions, well priced, cute cozy location and friendly service. They gave me a huge size for kimchi so I was able to take the rest home to enjoy. Will definitely be returning!
So happy we came across this place. We were in the area shopping( from Rochester NY) and family and I had a craving for Korean food. 1) atmosphere quiet and comfortable. Kind of like eating at your grandmas house. 2) service was a lovely korean lady ( kind of reminded me of my own mother). She was f
Amazing authentic Korean food - best we’ve had in the area. The rice cakes and vegetable pancake and kimchi especially were so good, and we loved the small banchan plates that came in addition to our order. Not a lot of space to sit in and eat - people mostly seemed to be taking out, but the host w
super tasty, great service, very quiet and best restaurant jjajjangmyun I’ve ever had. The go-to spot for authentic, stellar Korean food. Been 2 times and will go for future visits.
What an amazing place. This is a traditional small cozy Korean Restaurant. I had Beef Bulgogi, a small side of KimChee, I think Kelp and another spicy veggie I was unsure of. Everything was delicious. I have had Bulgogi at 3 other restaurants in our area and this was by far supperior. Two thumbs up!
